The role of national-cultural realities in RFL textbooks: examples for the Chinese audience
Abstract
the role of national-cultural realities in textbooks for teaching Russian as a foreign language (RFL) is an important component of the learning process, especially for students from China. Understanding cultural specifics helps students not only master the language but also gain a deeper insight into the culture of the country with which the language is associated. In RFL textbooks for Chinese students, national-cultural realities serve not only to illustrate linguistic phenomena but also as a key element in forming a more comprehensive understanding of Russian society, traditions, and mentality. One of the main difficulties faced by Chinese students when learning Russian is the difference in mentality and cultural contexts. For example, Russian phrases and expressions related to everyday life, history, holidays, or traditions may have no counterparts in Chinese culture. This creates problems in perception, translation, and adaptation of these realities for foreigners. At the same time, the inclusion of such realities in teaching materials helps students better understand how Russians perceive the world and how their cultural traditions are reflected in language. Examples of national-cultural realities that are often found in RFL textbooks for Chinese audiences include concepts such as "May Day", "Maslenitsa", "Victory Day", as well as traditional Russian dishes like borscht, dumplings, and pancakes. These terms require a special approach, as many Chinese students may not be familiar with the significance of these holidays or customs related to these dishes. It is important for instructors to explain the contexts in which these realities are used and also to incorporate additional materials, such as films or articles, to help students see real examples of these cultural phenomena.

Studying sources of stress among students specializing in cartoon animation and the possibility of overcoming it with the help of soft skills
Abstract
this article examines the sources of stress in students specializing in Animation and Design and analyzes the influence of various factors on the level of stress and motivation of students. The relevance of the study is confirmed by the fact that psychological well-being is an important aspect in education, especially in creative professions that require high emotional involvement. The main idea of the article is that animation students face unique sources of stress associated with both educational requirements and the need to develop multidisciplinary skills. One approach to reducing stress may be developing soft skills and learning about flexible production processes. The analysis of the survey showed how competent students are of these subjects. It also turned out that the main sources of stress are the need to learn computer programs, lack of understanding of the relationship between some of the studied disciplines and the future profession, and lack of encouragement for successfully completed tasks. An important aspect is also the influence of individual characteristics of students: their temperament, gender and experience of working in teams. Differences in reactions to stress between boys and girls were revealed, which requires special attention from teachers. Most of the students surveyed expressed willingness to work in a project team and were optimistic about the prospects of such work, but their experience of such work was very limited, and the stress level of those who tried collective project work was high enough. We recommend the introduction of collective work on an animated project into the educational process, as well as the study of a flexible production process.

The Bologna system and the Soviet educational model in the context of their integration for the BRICS countries
Abstract
the global significance of educational systems lies in their ability to overcome the interplay between local specificity and international integration. This study explores the potential of synthesising the adaptability of the Bologna system and the structural integrity of the Soviet model to meet the specific needs of the BRICS countries. The study aims to develop an integrative framework that brings these two different models together, drawing on their respective strengths to optimise educational outcomes in the socio-economic and cultural context of the BRICS countries. A mixed method approach was used, combining comparative analyses of educational structures in BRICS countries with a review of policy documents, statistical data and academic literature to identify patterns, conflicts and synergies; this multivariate methodology allows for a deeper understanding of systemic interdependencies. Results: The study classifies BRICS education systems into modular-adaptive and centrally rigid, highlighting points of compatibility and friction – for example, the flexibility of the Bologna system in promoting global mobility versus the effectiveness of the Soviet model in cultivating specialised specialists. Practical recommendations include modular accreditation adapted to local labour markets, improved digital platforms for transnational collaboration, and equitable infrastructure development. The findings highlight the feasibility of a hybrid education paradigm, offering policy makers a strategic roadmap to balance globalisation with national priorities; practical applications range from aligned curricula to scalable digital resources. Placing the study in a socio-economic and geopolitical context, the authors advocate an iterative process of integrating models, redefining educational globalisation as a context-sensitive phenomenon.

Mentoring at school: content and procedural dynamics
Abstract
in this article, we have reviewed mentoring at school from a historical perspective. A study was conducted on the image of a mentor in a modern school. The authors reveal the relevance and importance of mentoring in the modern educational environment. The main problems in the mentoring system are considered. Ways to solve these problems are proposed. The article provides basic definitions of mentoring. The works of Russian scientists on mentoring systems in the historical aspect are presented and studied. Methodological tools for the support of a novice specialist are considered. A study was conducted among teachers in order to determine a unified portrait of a mentor in a modern educational environment. The article uses general scientific methods and analyzes the data from a survey conducted among teachers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the methodological and pedagogical needs, as well as the shortcomings of the educational system faced by young teachers at the beginning of their professional career. The authors of the article presented a portrait of a mentor, which is preferable for teachers at school. We understand that the mentoring paradigm in its usual form cannot exist in modern society. It requires transformation. This is necessary because the school is a living organism that develops with the times. The basic education of a novice specialist will not be enough for further growth and development in the profession. In modern educational practice, a mentor performs the function of a "locomotive" that drives the self-development of his mentor. The mentee has ceased to be the "shadow" of his mentor. The mentee needs a mentor to further their career growth and determine their professional trajectory. Our article provides recommendations on the modern image of a mentor, verified through a survey of teaching staff.

Study of linguistic manipulations in European mass media in foreign language classes at a university for the formation of critical literacy as a component of communicative competence
Abstract
the use of the concept of critical literacy enables the author to raise the question of including a number of aspects into the notion of communicative competence and, on this theoretical basis, to suggest supplementing foreign language classes at the university with the study of hidden influence techniques used in media communication, in particular, language manipulation, based on the material of European mass media. The aim of this paper is to develop a model for incorporating basic foundations of the methods of hidden influence, misinformation and provocation into a foreign language course at a university. According to the author's hypothesis, such an innovation in the practice of teaching a foreign language at a university would be an effective solution to the problem of disorientation of many modern Russian citizens in the toxic information flow. At the moment the topic of language manipulation is in the focus of attention of scientists of various profiles all over the world, however, the author adheres to the position that until this knowledge becomes a subject of study for a broad student audience, it cannot contribute to the normalization of the information agenda and the quality of media communications, on the contrary, frequently the techniques and patterns described by linguists become a tool for biased political technologists, PR specialists, journalists, media personalities and politicians who with their help are only refining their skills of covert manipulation of the public opinion. The author's proposed supplement to the foreign language course, on the one hand, is a continuation of the Soviet practice of studying European media materials as part of the university foreign language program, and on the other hand, it corresponds to the burning problems of the modern society engaged in information wars. The results of the research at this stage are theoretical in nature; however, the author's recommendations can become the base for revision of the practical foreign language course at the university for Bachelor and Specialist programs.

Current issues in teaching Russian as a foreign language to African francophone students at the preparatory faculty
Abstract
due to the annual increase in the number of French-speaking African applicants to Russian universities, there is a need for their early adaptation to Russian society. The initial task is to teach them the basics of the Russian language and provide them with knowledge about the lifestyle, customs, and traditions of Russians. Russian textbooks for foreigners published in Russia compare the English language with the Russian language to one degree or another, since at the present stage it is English that is the means of intercultural communication. At the same time, only a small percentage of African students who want to connect their lives with Russia speak English. This is due to Russia's various contacts with states that were French colonies in the recent past, whose populations speak French. The article touches on linguistic and regional aspects in teaching Russian as a foreign language to francophone students. The authors consider in detail the spelling, phonetic, grammatical, and lexical nuances that cause difficulties in teaching foreign students. The emphasis is on the comparative typology of French and Russian languages.

But such versatility does not allow for quick adaptation to the rules of the sport – hand-to-hand combat. Moreover, within the framework of the Russian Interior Ministry championship among territorial bodies and educational organizations in hand-to-hand combat, the rules have been slightly changed in order to minimize injuries. Therefore, it will take more time to prepare an athlete from other sports for his adaptation. In this regard, the article raises the problem and prospects for the development of the hand-to-hand combat section at the Voronezh Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia to achieve high athletic results.

Using individual educational trajectories in teaching a foreign language in a non-linguistic university
Abstract
the article discusses the concept of individual educational trajectories (IET) as an important tool for personalizing university education. The necessity of transition to flexible educational models that take into account individual needs, abilities and motivation of students is substantiated. The authors reveal three key aspects of IOT: substantive (program selection), activity-based (innovative technologies) and procedural (organizational formats). IET is defined as the unique path of each student, developed with the support of teachers and taking into account their individual characteristics. It is emphasized that IET is not only an organizational and managerial mechanism, but also an individual educational path that determines the variability of the educational program. The importance of individualizing learning is analyzed in order to eliminate the discrepancy between the educational requirements and the capabilities of students. It is noted that despite the scientific significance of the problem, the principles of individualization have not been sufficiently implemented in real practice, which determines the relevance of this study.

Pedagogical conditions ensuring the enhancement of the effectiveness of developing creative abilities in primary school students in the process of interactive learning
Abstract
this study examines the pedagogical conditions that contribute to the development of creative abilities in primary school students through interactive learning. With the rapid advancement of technology in the 21st century, society's demand for individual creativity is growing, posing a challenge for education to cultivate innovative capabilities. It is particularly crucial to develop creative potential at the initial stage of education, where the foundation of individuality, cognitive abilities, and creative skills is laid. Thus, the educational process should not only impart knowledge but also foster the development of personal, cognitive, and creative abilities in students. Interactive learning is recognized as an essential tool for fostering creativity in children and includes methods such as discussions, games, and training, often implemented through group collaboration. Research in the field of creativity has established a broad theoretical foundation encompassing aspects such as intelligence, cognitive processes, personality traits, and more. This study relies on a dynamic structure of creativity, which defines creative potential as consisting of four components: professional skills, creative abilities, intrinsic motivation, and the external environment. Based on this, the effective development of creative abilities in primary school students through interactive learning requires meeting three pedagogical conditions: teachers must have pedagogical concepts and motivation aimed at fostering creativity in children. A democratic and harmonious learning atmosphere must be created to nurture students' intrinsic motivation and encourage their participation in innovative practical activities. Group learning activities must be organized effectively to ensure equal participation of all students and promote their creativity.

Social need and methodological approaches in teaching religious studies in educational organizations
Abstract
the article examines the social need and methodological approaches in teaching religious studies in educational organizations. The world is rich in a variety of religious traditions, each of which has a unique history, philosophy and value system. Familiarization with the basics of various religions allows students to develop respect and tolerance for people of other faiths. Studying religious studies helps to understand the origins of many cultural and historical processes, to understand the meaning of works of art and literature that are inextricably linked with religious motives. One of the central approaches to teaching religious disciplines is to consider religion as a component of spiritual culture. The study of religion without taking into account the historical and cultural context gives a distorted idea of both itself and the culture and history of mankind. It is important to take into account that religious studies is closely intertwined with a number of other sciences. A systematic approach in educational programs devoted to traditional religious cultures implies an objective reflection of their historical transformation and significance in educational materials. The learning process is organized taking into account accessibility and consistency, and also takes into account the individual and age characteristics of students. This ensures consistency in the training, education and spiritual and moral development of schoolchildren.
