Abstract
the article examines the importance of scientific and technical translation in the context of the rapid development of technology and the dissemination of scientific and technical information. The author emphasizes that in discussing the key aspects of scientific and technical literature, it is important to take into account the role and importance of the discipline "Foreign language in professional activity." The features of scientific and technical style and the technical difficulties faced by translators when translating scientific and technical information into another language are discussed. It is important to note that this article highlights the need to take into account the specifics of scientific and technical texts in the context of modern tasks of professional training of students. The author emphasizes that the key aspect in translating such literature is accuracy and consistency, which emphasizes the influence and importance of the discipline "Foreign language in professional activity" in shaping the competencies of future specialists in this field. Thus, this article touches on modern demands in vocational education and emphasizes not only technical difficulties, but also the importance of forming students' professional competence through the study of aspects of scientific and technical translation.
