The project "Family Hearth: let's keep the warmth of traditions" as a comprehensive approach to solving the problem of blurring family values among teenagers and youth

Shestova A.A., Belogorskaya L.V.

Abstract

the article examines the transformation of the institution of the family in the context of the digitalization of society and the integration of traditional values into the virtual communicative space of youth. The analysis of family value orientations of students of MBEI "Bolshemurashkinskaya secondary school" is carried out. The project "Family hearth: let's keep the warmth of traditions" has been developed and described. The possibility of implementing the project in a virtual space is substantiated. The fundamental sociocultural transformations of the modern era affect all institutional structures, among which the family occupies an exceptional position. Acting as the primary environment of an individual's socialization and a translator of basic axiological orientations, this social institution is intensively influenced by digital technologies that form a qualitatively new paradigm of interpersonal interaction. In the context of the total digitalization of the living space, there is a fundamental dichotomy between traditional family foundations and the latest communication practices of the digital generation. The research methodology is based on the analysis of theoretical propositions and empirical data, as well as a survey in the form of a questionnaire. The theoretical basis was the works of Russian scientists devoted to the multidimensional problems of family relations, as well as scientific research in the field of socio-cultural activities and psychological aspects of domestic relations. As a possible solution to the dilution of family values among adolescents and young people, the project "Family Hearth: Let's keep the warmth of traditions" was developed, which is a multidimensional initiative aimed at strengthening traditional ancestral values among adolescents and young people. The results of the research can be used in the development of educational programs for educational organizations. The proposed project does not contrast traditional foundations and digital technologies, but rather to find ways to integrate them organically, creating new formats for broadcasting axiological foundations in the virtual space. This approach corresponds to the realities of the modern world, where the digital environment is becoming an integral part of the socialization of the younger generation.

Abstract

the article examines the topic of the organizational culture of the teaching staff, which acts as the main component influencing the entire educational process. It determines the values, traditions and norms of behavior that bring a special structure and order to the educational process. The author examines the research of such scientists as G. Schwartz, R. Waterman, T. Peters, V. Yasvin and others, who analyze the influence of organizational culture on the activities of the organization, highlight functions and elements. A description of four types of organizational culture is given: organizational, family, innovative, role. The results of a survey of teachers of the MBEI "Berdigestyakhskaya Secondary School named after S.P. Danilov", conducted in order to determine the dominant type of organizational culture, are presented. 72 people took part in the survey. The questions concerned ways of motivating employees, relationships with colleagues, interaction with parents, determining the attitude to innovations in the educational process, and so on. The results revealed that the school has a productive organizational type, since the organization sees itself in the long term as an academically competitive organization, focuses on achieving high educational results, the management acts as strict managers. But the team is also ready to implement new methods and advanced technologies in its work. Therefore, the innovative type comes to the background. The author comes to the conclusion that the atmosphere, motivation, and satisfaction of the team with their activities depend on the organizational culture. Educational organizations combine all four types of organizational culture, but the correct selection of the dominant type allows you to competently build the further work of the team.

The concept and essence of parenting of children and youth in an educational organization

Kaleeva E.D., Shumilova O.N., Kaleev N.V.

Abstract

the study is devoted to the analysis of the concept and essence of education of children and youth in an educational organization. The purpose of the work is to determine the theoretical and methodological foundations of the educational process, identify its key components and the specifics of implementation in the context of modern education. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were solved: to study the historical and pedagogical approaches to education. The practical significance of the study lies in the development of recommendations for teachers and administration of educational organizations to optimize educational activities. The results can be used to improve educational programs, increase the professional competence of teachers, as well as to create conditions for the harmonious development of the personality of students. The study actualizes the importance of education as a tool for the formation of an active civic position, moral attitudes and critical thinking in the younger generation. Education of children and youth in an educational organization remains one of the key tools for the formation of a personality capable of an active life in society, critical thinking and moral choice. In the context of dynamic socio-cultural changes, digitalization and global challenges, traditional approaches to education are being revised, which poses new questions about its content, methods and goals for pedagogical science. The relevance of the study is due to the contradiction between the need of society for harmoniously developed individuals and insufficient theoretical and practical development of education mechanisms adapted to modern realities. The purpose of the work is to define the concept and essence of education in an educational organization, to reveal its role in the formation of social, intellectual and moral qualities of students. To achieve this, historical and modern pedagogical concepts are analyzed, the principles of interaction between participants in the educational process are considered, and the influence of external factors, such as digital technologies and intercultural communications, on educational practice is assessed. The study is based on the methods of theoretical analysis, synthesis of scientific sources and generalization of empirical data, which allows us to formulate recommendations for improving the effectiveness of educational work. The results of the work contribute to the development of pedagogical theory and practice, emphasizing the need for a systemic, personality-oriented approach to education in the context of an educational organization. The theoretical part was based on the study of scientific works of domestic and foreign teachers (Ya.A. Komensky, I.G. Pestalozzi, J. Dewey, V.A. Sukhomlinsky), modern concepts of education, regulatory documents (FSES, education development strategies). To systematize the data, methods of comparative analysis, synthesis, classification and generalization were used, which made it possible to identify key approaches to defining the concept and essence of education. The empirical part included the study of pedagogical practices through observation of the educational process in secondary and higher educational institutions, analysis of educational programs, interviews with teachers and the administration of educational organizations. To assess the effectiveness of the methods, qualitative analysis was used, including content analysis of educational materials and statistical reports. Additionally, methods of modeling educational situations and expert assessments were used, which contributed to the formulation of recommendations for optimizing educational work. The integration of theoretical and practical aspects made it possible to comprehensively consider the role of the educational environment in the formation of the personality of students. Education in an educational organization is a systemic process of forming value, social and personal qualities, integrated into educational and extracurricular activities. The key factors of its effectiveness are the cooperation of teachers, youth movements, students and families, as well as taking into account age characteristics and modern challenges, such as digitalization. The study confirmed the need for individual educational programs and improving the professional competence of teachers for the harmonious development of the personality of students. In the course of studying the concept and essence of education of children and youth in an educational organization, it was found that education is a complex, multicomponent process aimed not only at transferring knowledge, but also at forming value orientations, social skills and personal qualities. An analysis of historical and pedagogical concepts (from the classical theories of J.A. Komensky, I.G. Pestalozzi to modern approaches) revealed the evolution of educational paradigms: from authoritarian models to humanistic ones, emphasizing respect for the individuality of the student. Modern educational organizations are faced with the need to integrate education into the educational process, which requires a revision of the roles of teachers. The study confirmed that effective education is possible only if all participants in the educational environment cooperate: teachers, psychologists, parents and the students themselves. At the same time, the key problem remains the gap between theoretical developments and their practical implementation, caused by a lack of resources, low motivation of teachers or the absence of a systematic approach. Particular attention is paid to the contradiction between standard education programs and the individual needs of students. Age and psychological characteristics of children and young people require differentiation of methods, which is often ignored in practice. In addition, the digitalization of education poses new challenges: on the one hand, technologies expand the possibilities of educational work, on the other hand, they complicate the formation of emotional intelligence and live communication skills. The study confirmed that education in an educational organization is a systemic process that includes intellectual, moral, aesthetic and physical development of the individual. Its essence lies in creating conditions for self-realization and socialization of students through interaction with teachers, peers and the cultural context. To improve the effectiveness of education, it is necessary to personalize programs taking into account age characteristics, introduce interactive methods (project activities, trainings) and strengthen interdisciplinary connections. It is critically important to develop teachers' competencies in the field of educational work. To improve the effectiveness of education of children and young people, it is necessary to: - develop education models that combine traditional and innovative approaches (for example, gamification, digital platforms). - strengthen the interaction of schools with families and public organizations to create a unified educational environment. - introduce mechanisms for assessing the effectiveness of educational programs, including feedback from students. Also, issues of education in a multicultural space, as well as the influence of artificial intelligence on the formation of young people's values, require study. The study emphasizes that education is not an addition to education, but an integral part of it, determining the future of society. Its success depends on the synthesis of scientific knowledge, pedagogical skill and flexibility in adapting to changes.
