Methods of teaching criminal procedural disciplines

the research relevance topic lies in the fact that in the era of dynamically developing legal space and permanent reform of criminal procedure legislation, the improvement of the methodology of teaching criminal procedural disciplines in higher educational institutions is of particular relevance. The research goal is to scientifically systematize the methods of teaching criminal procedural disciplines that ensure the formation of the necessary theoretical knowledge, practical skills and professional competencies in students. The following tasks were solved: a comprehensive study and analysis of existing methods of teaching criminal procedural disciplines, identifying the strengths and limitations of methods, as well as developing new approaches and teaching methods aimed at improving the effectiveness of the educational process. The following methods will be used in the study: historiographic analysis of scientific literature; analysis of regulatory legal acts; generalization and systematization; Formal-logical method. As a result, the following conclusions were formulated: the methodology of teaching criminal procedural disciplines, like any pedagogical system, seeks to form stable professional competencies in students. One of the key elements of the methodology is the use of such interactive forms of training as business games that simulate real trials, analysis of specific criminal cases.
