An integrated approach to professional orientation of schoolchildren using the example of schools in the Knyagininsky municipal district

this article examines the problem of professional self-determination of schoolchildren living in small towns and rural areas, where access to information about modern professions and opportunities for professional development is often limited. The article presents the experience of implementing the "Intensive Professions" project in the Knyagininsky Municipal District, aimed at solving this problem. The article contains an analysis of theoretical approaches to career guidance, the results of the primary diagnostics of the level of professional self-determination of schoolchildren, as well as a description of the structure and content of the project, including diagnostics of professional inclinations and interests, a set of activities to familiarize with modern professions and develop professional interest of students. The role of cooperation with various organizations and enterprises in the successful implementation of the project is emphasized. The purpose of the article justification and description of the "Intensive Professions" project as an effective tool for career guidance of schoolchildren in the conditions of the municipal district. The objectives of the study were defined as follows: to analyze theoretical approaches to career guidance of schoolchildren; to determine the level of professional self-determination of students of the Knyagininsky Municipal District; to describe the structure and content of the project "Intensive Professions"; to present the results of the primary diagnostics of professional inclinations and interests of schoolchildren; to designate the role of partners in the implementation of the project.
