The relationship of alcohol dependence with the risk of suicide in girls and boys
Abstract
this article explores the problem of alcohol addiction among young people and its correlation with suicidal behavior. It emphasizes that adolescence is a critical period during which individuals are particularly vulnerable to external influences and psycho-emotional stress. Based on a review of scientific literature and a correlation study involving 30 participants aged 18 to 21 undergoing treatment for alcohol addiction, statistically significant links were found between components of alcohol dependence and suicidal risk factors. The study employed the Personality Socio-Psychological Attitudes Diagnostic Method (O.F. Potemkina) and the Suicidal Risk Questionnaire (T.N. Razuvaeva, A.G. Shmeleva). The results show that certain personality orientations and emotional traits contribute to increased suicidal tendencies in youth with alcohol dependence. These findings highlight the urgent need for preventive programs aimed at the youth population to reduce alcohol abuse and minimize suicide risk. The article is of interest to professionals in psychology, social work, and addiction prevention.

Formation of professional thinking of psychology students in the process of group supervision
Abstract
materials and methods: this study examines the impact of group supervision on the development of professional thinking in psychology students. The study involved 107 students who attended polymodal supervisions once a week for three months. Each meeting lasted two academic hours and included group work on a real case, elements of reflection, didactic analyses of the conducted analyses, and analysis of participation in the roles chosen by the participants (supervisor, participant, and observer). The format of the meetings was adapted to the learning objectives: introduction of flexible timing, emphasis on emotional feedback, dynamic analysis, and a softer distribution of roles, which helped to reduce anxiety and increase the involvement of the participants. The questionnaire was conducted before and after participation in the supervision cycle and included open and closed questions, focusing on the analysis of the motivational and value component of professional thinking. Results. The results showed positive dynamics: an increase in internal motivation, increased awareness of the professional role, development of reflection and strengthening of the metaposition of students were observed. In addition, an increase in confidence in the professional role and an improvement in critical analysis skills in the process of analyzing cases were recorded. Conclusion. The data obtained confirm the importance of group supervision as an effective tool for the formation of professional thinking of psychology students and demonstrate the success of its adapted format in the educational environment at the stage of professional development of future specialists.

The role of proprioception and neuromuscular control in the prevention of knee joint injuries in the elderly
Abstract
this article presents the results of a study of the effectiveness of complex personalized proprioceptive training for the prevention of knee injuries in the elderly. The study involved 87 patients aged 65-78 years, divided into the main and control groups. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the development of an integrative methodology for assessing and restoring proprioceptive function, combining biomechanical analysis, electromyography and three-dimensional modeling of movements to create individual training programs. A correlation was established between the latent period of muscle activation and the risk of knee injury, which forms a new approach to preventive strategies. The results show a significant improvement in proprioceptive sensitivity, postural control and optimization of knee biomechanics in the main group. Modern demographic trends, characterized by an increase in life expectancy and an increase in the proportion of the elderly population, highlight the need to develop effective methods for injury prevention among older people. The problem of preventing knee joint injuries, which significantly reduce the quality of life of elderly people and require significant medical and social resources for treatment and rehabilitation, is of particular importance. A 61.2% decrease in the frequency of falls and a decrease in cases of knee joint trauma from 11 to 3 cases were shown, which indicates the high efficiency of the developed technique and confirms the presence of significant neuroplasticity potential even with age-related degenerative changes in the proprioceptive system.

Image of a modern military specialist in the context of traditions and modernity of the armed forces of the Russian Federation
Abstract
the development of pedagogical thought and the entire system of professional military education in the RSFSR and the Soviet Union was characterized by the promotion of innovative concepts focused on the formation of a fundamentally new army and commander, whose approaches to training were radically different from the pre-revolutionary ones. But these theoretical developments, having been severely tested by a series of military conflicts and incessant wars, have undergone correction and selection. As a result, Soviet military pedagogy not only ensured the continuity of the best traditions of pre-revolutionary officer education, but also contributed to the development of fruitful innovative ideas. The purpose of this study is to identify the key principles of professional education of officers of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, based on the pedagogical experience of Soviet military leaders. It is assumed that these principles will contribute to improving the effectiveness of training and education of cadets in modern Russian military schools.

Integral results of the evaluation of the functional reserves of the student football team
Abstract
the effectiveness of the management of the training process of student-athletes is determined, first of all, by the program of complex diagnostics of their preparedness, which involves the use of pedagogical, medical-biological and psychological methods that allow to promptly obtain the necessary information about the functional, psychological state of the level of training of athletes. In the process of observing students at training sessions of the national football team (boys) of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University over several semesters, absolutely different progress of students in mastering even the simplest nuances of the game was noted. The success of perception, however, did not always depend on the diligence of the students, their physical qualities and technical equipment. This made us think about searching for ways to determine the degree of students' receptivity to learning. During the examination of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University team. Bauman used the Valeometer software package (health meter), designed to determine both the psychophysiological characteristics of the functional state of the human body, individual-typological personality traits, and the functional reserves of a number of key systems and links of the body (cardiovascular system, central nervous system, non-specific adaptation link). Dynamic monitoring of the training process when assessing a set of indicators allows you to identify at an early stage and correct factors that limit athletic performance, conduct early diagnostic intervention in the training process to adjust the loads for each athlete individually and determine the strongest team to date for participation in competitions. Methodological foundations of the use of sports and outdoor games in the training process of 5-7 year old young hockey players
Abstract
the article considers the problem of training young hockey players in the aspect of the training process. Currently, children have severe physical disabilities from the age of 3-6, as they are mostly indoors and practically do not play outside, and they use phones and computers a lot at school age, which negatively affects physical and mental abilities. And when children are brought to a sports school, often, regardless of the type of sport, special training prevails in the training process. In the modern training system, including in hockey, there is an early specialization in large numbers of children already 5-7 years old, which later leads to major problems in the training of high-class athletes. For example, young hockey players, having passed a good level of special training and possessing good technical and tactical skills, can perform well in various competitions, but then various problems begin. This usually results in a marked decrease in progress during and after puberty, as such training provides an insufficient base for general functional training. A description of the methods of using sports and outdoor games in the process of functional training is given. The plan of a three-week cycle of summer training camps and a monthly cycle of training for young hockey players in the competitive and transitional stages in the initial training groups is presented.

Abstract
the purpose of the research article is to analyze the level of physical fitness of modern students – future engineers of optical-electronic devices and its compliance with professional requirements. The following research methods were used in the work: theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical testing, methods of mathematical statistics. The study involved 50 students (25 boys and 25 girls aged 18) specialty 12.03.05 Laser equipment and laser technologies, engineers of optical-electronic devices, Russian Technological University. To determine the level of physical fitness, the control standards of the current educational program "Physical Education and Sports" approved at a meeting of the Department of Physical Education of the Russian Technological University were used. According to the testing data, it was found that the students showed the lowest results in the 3000 m run, that is, the endurance indicators corresponded to the grade of "1" point. According to the testing data, it was revealed that only 6% of first-year students of the Russian Technological University have a high level of physical fitness, while satisfactory and unsatisfactory are observed in 70% and 24%, respectively. The results of testing the physical fitness of first-year students allow us to recommend including more exercises in the physical education program aimed at increasing endurance, dynamic strength and flexibility. It is shown that selective introduction of functional motor training into general physical education classes will significantly enrich the content of physical education classes and usefully supplement traditional teaching of special skills with advanced methods and concepts of teaching. Research has confirmed that functional training pays more attention to the role of the whole kinematic chain of the body, avoids training a single link or a single movement of the body, and regards the movement of the human body as a whole kinematic chain. Functional training is a good interpretation of the idea of all-round physical development, not only helps to improve strength, speed, cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular endurance, flexibility, coordination, explosive power, flexibility, balance, accuracy, etc.

Ways of influencing methodological interventions on the development of communication skills in children
Abstract
communication skills are one of the most important skills for children because they help them succeed in academics, relationships, and self-expression. When children are able to listen, understand, and express themselves clearly, they are more confident in navigating the world around them. A child who is a good communicator is more likely to feel confident in social and academic settings. Developing communication skills also helps them become more assertive because they can clearly state their needs while respecting others, which is an important skill for interacting with peers. Communication is closely linked to cognitive development, problem solving, and reading and writing skills. By developing communication skills, children strengthen their ability to think critically and organize their thoughts. These early language skills lay the foundation for reading, writing, and academic success in the future. Pedagogical intervention aimed at developing children's communication skills is a comprehensive process that includes a variety of methodological tools and techniques. It is interesting to note that the timely introduction of specialized communication practices contributes not only to linguistic development, but also to social adaptation.
