A study of the relationship between childhood attachment type and adult attachment style
Abstract
this article examines the relationships between the perception of childhood experience of relationships with parents and attachment styles in adult relationships. The phenomenon of attachment is considered, the direction studying romantic love as a process of attachment is designated. Methodology and methods. The sample consisted of 127 participants, 74 of whom were university students, the remaining participants were employed. The participants were aged from 18 to 39 years. Data collection involved the use of a combination of methods, covering online surveys via Google Forms and distribution of printed copies of questionnaires among participants. The study used a set of methods: a questionnaire with demographic characteristics of the subjects; a modification of the test "Questionnaire on attachment to parents for older adolescents (M.V. Yaremchuk)" for adults; the technique "Experience of close relationships scale (ECR-R)"; checklist of adjectives to describe their parents as participants remember them from childhood (C. Hazan and P. Shaver), translated into Russian. Results. It has been shown that the attachment style in adulthood is associated with the type of attachment to the mother and father. However, this connection is not rigid and can vary. A reliable stable connection between the attachment style of adults and the type of attachment in childhood occurs with the same type of attachment to the father and mother. The reasons for the change in the attachment style of adults require additional research. It has been revealed that depending on the type of childhood attachment, there will be a differentiation in the attitude towards the father and mother. Participants with a secure attachment style used more positive adjectives to describe their mother and father. In the case of insecure attachment, especially with an avoidant-fearful type of attachment, participants use significantly more negative adjectives to describe their parents. Conclusion. The adult attachment model is included in a single human motivational system, which is quite stable, but tends to change under the influence of events. The relationship between the type of attachment to parents in childhood and the style of attachment in adulthood has a relationship that is more pronounced in a situation of unity of the type of attachment to both parents and less stable in a situation of difference in the type of attachment to the mother and father.

Features of the development of emotional-volitional regulation in adolescents during participation in long-term volunteer programs of additional education
Abstract
the aim of the study is to identify the features of developing emotional-volitional regulation in adolescents during their participation in long-term volunteer programs in additional education. The relevance of this topic is determined by the increasing need to equip young people with the ability to cope with stressful situations, emotional overloads, and to make responsible decisions in the context of volunteer activities. The introduction describes theoretical approaches to studying emotional and volitional regulation as well as the role of additional educational programs in the socialization of adolescents. The methodology of the study was based on a mixed approach that included both quantitative and qualitative methods. The sample consisted of adolescents aged 15 to 18 who had been participating in volunteer projects for at least one year. Surveys, observations, and semi-structured interviews were conducted to identify the dynamics of changes in the level of emotional stability and self-regulation capabilities. Statistical data processing was carried out using methods of correlation analysis and regression modeling. The results of the study showed that long-term participation in volunteer programs contributes to a significant improvement in the indicators of emotional-volitional regulation. In particular, a direct relationship was found between the regularity of volunteer activity and an increase in self-regulation, stress resilience, and the ability to manage emotional reactions. It was also found that adolescents who actively participate in additional educational activities demonstrate a higher level of empathy, responsibility, and self-confidence. The obtained data confirm the hypothesis that structured volunteer activity is an effective tool for developing skills in emotional and volitional control among young people.

Psychological well-being of the individual
Abstract
psychological well-being of a person remains a key topic of scientific discussions, maintaining its importance at all stages of the development of psychology as a discipline. Historically, this concept has been analyzed through the prism of its opposite – mental disorders and maladaptation. However, by the end of the last century, due to the development of the existential-phenomenological paradigm, the scientific community began to reconsider the narrow framework of the medical approach. There was a need to overcome the limitations of the binary scheme "norm-pathology", shifting the focus to the study of personality resources, its ability to self-realization and harmonious interaction with the world. "As a result, it became an impulse for a deep analysis of the phenomenon (in the context of the multifaceted manifestations of human life). Results. Modern research focuses directly on identifying the interrelationships between psychological well-being and individual characteristics: a system of value orientations, the ability to protect personal boundaries, and the choice of life strategies. At the same time, diagnostic methods are being improved, evaluation criteria are being clarified, and standardized questionnaires are being developed. Scientists study both external (social, cultural, technological) and internal (attitudes, emotional patterns) factors that affect the subjective sense of harmony. The study of personality adaptation mechanisms (in the context of digital transformation) is becoming particularly relevant today. Technostress, information overload, and digital socialization require a rethinking of traditional concepts of well–being, which stimulates the search for new models that meet the challenges of the technological era. Technostress is a negative psychological attitude of people towards the introduction of new technologies and the result of behavioral changes caused by the use of gadgets in the office and at home. Ergonomics is related to this phenomenon, the science that studies how people physically react to technology and interact with it in a work environment. Conclusion. The digital age has transformed continuous online presence into the new normal, creating a hidden threat to mental health. Modern man finds himself trapped: the daily barrage of information from messengers, mail, and push notifications gradually depletes internal resources, but the fear of losing control over events forces him to stay in this mode. Such tension develops into chronic technostress, a condition in which the nervous system does not have time to recover. The consequences are manifested not only in the emotional sphere (apathy, outbursts of irritability, obsessive thoughts), but also in bodily reactions: sleep disorders, muscle cramps, decreased immunity. The paradox is that technologies designed to simplify life often become a source of systemic discomfort that requires conscious management of digital habits.

Factors of socio-psychological adaptation of migrant children in Russian education, difficulties and integration practices
Abstract
the purpose of the article is to identify the factors of socio-psychological adaptation of migrant children and practices that can enhance their integration into the educational space. An understanding of the processes (acculturation, assimilation, integration, incorporation) that represent different aspects of socio-psychological adaptation is proposed. The factors of socio-psychological adaptation of children in the educational space are theoretically described. We consider the educational environment as a fundamental component of the adaptation of migrant children. Significant factors of socio-psychological adaptation are determined: the degree of socio-psychological adaptation of parents and their ability to get involved in the educational processes of children; bi-ethnic identity of children, within which the child feels comfortable in the culture of his or her origin and the culture of destination; psychological safety of the educational space and a stable positive attitude towards it; the presence of motivation for learning; bilingual language environment of the family. Difficulties highlighted: lack of language skills, cultural clashes, social discrimination, low parental involvement in school life. Materials and methods. The study included 15 interviews with stakeholders (representatives of educational organizations: teachers, psychologists, educational assistants; social protection specialists; other departments at the regional and local levels, the Human Rights Ombudsman; independent institutions with experience in the education of migrant children; academic and research institutions. Semi-structured interviews with migrant children, taking into account their age (from 10 to 17 years old), a total of 57 people. In addition, focus groups were held (6 groups, a total of 42 participants) with representatives of the educational community. Results. Two blocks of information were identified. The first is related to the factors of adaptation of migrant children, including the difficulties that arise when including migrant children in school life. The second combines practices that improve the participation of migrant families in school life. Two factors that determine the differences in the adaptation processes of migrant children were identified: the type of formed ethnic identity and language skills. It has been found that the most effective socio-psychological adaptation occurs in migrant students with bi-ethnic identity. Another factor in effective socio-psychological adaptation is the presence of a bilingual language environment in the family. Schools actively generate practices and projects that increase the involvement of migrant families and offer space for interaction between migrant families and local families.

Analysis of the features and patterns of refereeing sports duels in taekwondo
Abstract
the recognition in Russia in 2013 of the new sport of taekwondo by the International Taekwondo Federation determines the relevance of developing a methodology for the technical and tactical training of highly qualified athletes. The lack of scientific and methodological materials for the training of athletes of the highest sports skills makes it difficult for them to achieve competitive advantages in international competitions. The purpose of the study was to analyze the behavioral characteristics of referees at competitions and to find features and patterns for using these data in the development of training methods for specialized athletes. A survey (questionnaire) and interviewing of the judicial corps at the Russian Taekwondo championships were conducted. A pattern of referees' scores has been revealed, indicating that referees do not decide with equal confidence to award points for every action. More often, punches that are delivered in attack with a series of punches, a direct forefoot kick in defense, and a combination of forefoot kicks in attack are counted. The referees consider these technical actions to be the most rational, since they are the ones that are performed successfully, unlike other technical actions in a competitive match. The results of the interview showed that the referees' assessment of specific technical actions is because the rules regulate only accurate strikes that have reached the target with the correct area of application. Based on the conducted research, recommendations have been developed on the methodology of technical and tactical training of athletes in taekwondo. There are certain technical actions that need to be paid close attention to in the technical and tactical training of taekwondo athletes. Their use in a duel allows an athlete to achieve a competitive advantage in the form of causing damage to an opponent, and these actions are the most rational from the point of view of the referees.

The nature of the relationship between body and screen experience among the younger generation
Abstract
the purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the nature of the physical and motor experience of high school students and the specifics of their screen-digital experience. The following research methods were used: survey (questionnaire), analysis of variance. The study involved 427 people (105 students in grades 9-11 and 322 students from Smolensk State University of Sports). The results of the study indicate a statistically significant negative relationship between smartphone/computer usage time and the characteristics of physical and motor experience. Schoolchildren and students who spend more than 6 hours a day using smartphones/computers are less likely to evaluate the development of their motor qualities and abilities (speed, agility, endurance, strength, explosive power, coordination) and spatial abilities, motor activity at the moment. At the same time, they often had unusual experiences of their own body. The practical significance of the results indicates, firstly, the need to organize educational work among parents of children and adolescents regarding digital and information hygiene in the upbringing of the younger generation. Secondly, the need to organize a space for discussion with supporters of the digitalization of education regarding the consequences of this innovation for the bodily maturation of children and youth.

Impact of sanctions on Russian sports and athletes
Abstract
the problem of sports development in Russia arose with the imposition of sanctions by international sports organizations on domestic athletes and the sports movement. With the beginning of a special military operation on the territory of Ukraine, a new stage of restrictions was introduced against Russian athletes, which was expressed not only in the inability of athletes to participate in the largest world competitions: World and European Championships, Olympic Games, Universiade among students, but also to hold in Russia all international starts, previously planned. Based on the problem-chronological analysis of literary and Internet sources, possible solutions for the development of sports in Russia were identified. To achieve high results and maintain interest in sports competitions, it is necessary to increase the number of alternative starts for athletes with international participation of the appropriate qualifications, and to provide significant financial support to athletes and coaches. In this regard, the creation of an appropriate infrastructure for the development of mass sports of all age categories is of particular importance. Introduction. History has repeatedly recorded cases of restricting the participation of Soviet athletes in international competitions in the 1980s. Since February 2022, Russian athletes have been almost completely excluded from participating in international sports competitions. This situation has posed an urgent problem of developing sports in the country for all participants in the sports movement in Russia. Under sanctions, a serious problem has arisen: how can Russian athletes not lose their qualifications without participating in major international competitions? This question has been faced by all participants in the sports movement in Russia: coaches, athletes, federation leaders and many others. The alternative competitions that were created have allowed athletes to regularly participate in them, but most of the competitions held, including international ones, have shown that Russian athletes compete practically with themselves. Materials and methods of the research. The work is based on the study and generalization of data from published sources cited in modern scientific literature, Internet sources, news content of online media. The study is based on problem-chronological, general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis). Research results. These research results revealed an ambiguous situation in world sports. The sanctions imposed on Russian athletes have a political background, which negatively affects the development of sports throughout the world. Discussion and conclusions. As a result of studying scientific literature, news content of the media, that Russian athletes in the conditions of sanctions pressure are not inferior to world leaders. This became possible due to state support of the sports industry: organization of internal tournaments, financial support for athletes in the form of scholarships and grants for motivation.

It is noted that excessive and uncontrolled "exploitation" of one's health, including in the process of excessive physical activity during professional sports or during an excessively long passive state (sitting at a computer, playing on the phone, office work, etc.) is harmful to human health both now and in the future. Based on a sociological survey conducted among students of Yekaterinburg universities in the winter of 2025, the preferences of young people in value attitudes towards health preservation and physical education and health activities were identified, and differences in their behavioral attitudes towards typical ways and methods of maintaining good physical shape and good health were analyzed. The most common ways of maintaining physical activity and physical education and health activities among young people were identified. The need for more consistent adherence to the rules of self-preservation behavior, which underlie people's decisions to regularly engage in physical education and sports, follow the rules and norms of health preservation, and adhere to the principles of a healthy lifestyle, is substantiated.

Optimisation of competitive procedures in the sphere of higher military education
Abstract
introduction: the article considers the current procedure of forming a competitive list of candidates for admission to the branch of the Air Force Academy ‘VVA’ in Chelyabinsk, including the assessment of the level of general education and physical fitness of applicants. On the basis of the analysis of a large array of data (2021-2024) for the first time quantitative assessment of the degree of influence of the results of physical training on the final rating of applicants was carried out. The obtained conclusions allowed to reveal the dominant importance of the physical component in the structure of competitive selection, despite the pro- profile orientation of general education disciplines (mathematics). The work is aimed at improving the objectivity and efficiency of competitive procedures in the system of higher military education. Materials and methods. The tools used were: statistical processing of competition data, systematic and comparative analysis, and visualisation of numerical series. The study was based on a sample of candidates enrolled in 2021-2024, which ensured the representativeness and reliability of the results obtained. Results. It has been established that the level of a candidate's physical fitness has a predominant influence on his/her place in the competitive list, in some cases levelling out a high level of general educational achievement, which allows us to speak about the need to optimise competitive mechanisms in order to increase the predictive accuracy of selection to a military aviation university. Discussion. It is proposed to supplement the current algorithm for the formation of the competitive list with a new element: to take into account the average score for general education tests as a factor in the intra-group ranking of applicants, all other things being equal. This adjustment is aimed at balancing the requirements to the professionally important qualities of candidates, combining physical fitness with intellectual readiness to successfully master educational programmes of higher military education. Conclusion. Further research will be aimed at: 1) modelling the approbation of the proposed approach within the framework of the 2025 admission campaign; 2) monitoring the academic performance of 30% of applicants enrolled under the new system; 3) developing proposals to improve the regulations of the admission committee, which will allow integrating scientifically based approaches into the practice of professional selection. Training process model of female athletes in group programs of rhythmic gymnastics
Abstract
group exercises in rhythmic gymnastics are a program of increased competitive complexity and differ significantly from individual performances. Their uniqueness lies not only in scale and entertainment – five gymnasts work simultaneously on the site, performing elements in a variety of interactions and observing synchronicity. The composition in the group performance consists of elements of synchronous and asynchronous movements, requiring athletes not only to have a well-honed technique, but also an impeccable sense of musical rhythm. Using two different types of subjects complicates the task of coordination and requires a high degree of mutual understanding within the team. Achieving high results in group exercises is directly related to the level of coherence and compatibility of gymnasts based on the general principles of technical and physical training. It is this factor that distinguishes the training of athletes focused on individual and group programs. Therefore, the development of a scientifically based training system that considers the specifics of group exercises becomes an urgent need to achieve high athletic results. The purpose of the study: to develop a model of a training program in group exercises of female athletes and to test it in practice. Materials and methods. Theoretical analysis, questionnaires, the method of expert assessments, pedagogical observation and experiments, methods of mathematical statistics. Results. The analysis of the problem of special training of female athletes to perform in group rhythmic gymnastics programs made it possible to identify influencing factors and, based on them, develop a model of the training process in training cycles, identify errors and level them out for performance at competitions. Conclusion. The data obtained indicate differences in the structure of special physical training of gymnasts; the author's program was a balanced selection of forms, means and methods of training aimed at the gradual development of the SPC; The practical implementation of this complex of training, correctional and preventive measures offered by the program led to a decrease in the coefficient of asymmetry among EG gymnasts and allowed them to approach the model parameters.

Game skipping in the system of physical education of children of senior preschool age
Abstract
the organization of physical education of children in preschool institutions and in families does not fully meet the enrichment of the motor sphere and the development of coordination abilities in older preschoolers. The current situation determines the need to search for and develop new approaches, means, forms and methods of organizing and conducting physical exercise classes with children. The physical education system has a large arsenal of jumping exercises, most of whose characteristics meet the requirements for the development of coordination and speed-strength abilities, and cyclic repetition of jumps has a beneficial effect on the strengthening and development of all systems of the growing body of preschoolers. The purpose of the study is to identify the directions for developing skipping methods in the system of physical education and sports work in preschool institutions with older preschool children. Results. The skipping methods should be playful. Teaching rope jumping should be gradual, taking into account their complexity, as well as the degree to which children have developed the ability to jump rope and the level of development of their coordination and speed-strength abilities. As simple jumps are mastered, gradually teach jumping over a short and long rope (first individually, then in pairs, triplets, etc. – up to 5 people). In the process of cyclical execution of jumps, form a tempo-rhythm structure of movements, both in place and in motion in various directions and speed of movement in space using various sound and light signals of various modalities. Improve children's jumping technique using various jumping actions in conditions of rope rotation in the horizontal, frontal and sagittal planes. In skipping classes, create conditions and stimulate the development of motor creativity of preschoolers in game plots, ensure the integration of motor and cognitive activities of children.

Comparative characteristics of the influence of food dominance on the achievement of an understanding of personal happiness among students with different levels of health according to the teachings of A.A. Ukhtomsky
Abstract
materials and methods: the article presents a comparative description of the ranked research results, through testing, of students engaged in adaptive physical education and students without health restrictions engaged in regular physical education, in order to determine the degree of severity of the food dominant in defining the concept of "Happiness", according to Ukhtomsky's teachings on the dominant. These studies show a significant impact of eating habits on the emotional state and quality of life of students. Results. Students with disabilities who study AFC are generally somewhat less likely to rate happiness as the optimal form of harmony with the world by the maximum score compared to healthy students (53.4% vs. 59.4%). At the same time, the share of minimum grades (1 point) among AFC students is slightly higher (4% versus 2.84%). The attitude to nutrition expressed through the "food dominant" also tends to lower grades among AFC students compared to healthy ones (5-point scores: 50.73% vs. 53.19%). The predominance of low grades in this section among AFC students indicates a potentially reduced importance of the food dominant, however, no statistically significant differences were found. Conclusion. Healthy students associate happiness with food dominance to a greater extent, while AFC students find happiness and harmony without relying on nutritional factors.

Overhead reception and pass in volleyball: the role and importance of spatial orientation for volleyball players
Abstract
modern volleyball is a fast and competitive sport, where the team's result largely depends on the harmonious interaction of all its members. One of the main components that influence the quality of the game is the reception of the ball, in particular the overhead pass and the handling of the ball from above. This article discusses the importance of the overhead pass and reception of the ball in volleyball, as well as their relationship with spatial orientation in players aged 12 to 15 years. It examines how the skill of performing these elements affects the overall dynamics of the game and the effectiveness of the team's attacking actions. As a result of pedagogical observation conducted among volleyball players of this age category, it was found that players must be able to adapt to various situations on the court, for example, to blocks by the opponent or to a change in the direction of the attack. This requires not only physical fitness, but also psychological stability, because in a tense game, unpredictable moments often arise that require instant decisions. Analysis and adjustment of game actions is another important aspect. The better the spatial orientation of a volleyball player is developed, the easier it is to accurately determine where the ball is, how its trajectory and speed are changing, and what actions the opponents are taking. Analysis of the training process showed that insufficient attention is paid to the overhead pass and ball reception, which, in turn, negatively affects the final results of the game. The article focuses on the importance of an integrated approach to training, which should cover both technical and tactical aspects of the game. It is recommended to introduce game exercises and situations, which can significantly increase the effectiveness of training and improve the quality of the game. In addition, it is important to take into account the individual characteristics of each player, their physical fitness and skill level. An integrated approach to the training process, which includes technical, tactical and psychological preparation, can significantly improve the level of play and the team's results both in training and in competitions.

Experience in organizing and conducting seminars
Abstract
the article considers the issue of building and organizing the educational process, in combination with the use of practical experience, conducting a seminar in the preparation of cadets and students, which is one of the main forms of mastering knowledge. Based on the totality of all these factors, the quality of training of law enforcement specialists largely depends on the organization and conduct of this type of training. In addition to making reports, seminar participants exchange existing problems and their views on how to solve them in a lively manner during a conversation. Seminars can be the primary basis for summarizing the experience and problems of practical activities. The quality of the learning process directly depends on the methodological training of the teacher, on his ability to generalize, highlight the main thing, analyze, find new ways and techniques for bringing classes to students. Not only to tell about the problem, it is necessary to link it with a set of other phenomena and problems, find successful forms of collection and presentation of the material, make it simple and understandable, accessible. In turn, this synthesis should become the basis for adjusting the curricula intended for all categories of students. In the context of this type of training, the teacher himself learns a lot of new things. Communication skills with cadets and students are reinforced, contact “teacher – cadet” is established, which in the future will contribute to better assimilation of information by cadets, better attendance, and the desire of cadets for active scientific work. This format of conducting seminars can and should be used in other higher educational institutions, non-specialized colleges, technical schools.

Features of preadaptation of students – future specialists
Abstract
one of the main tasks of modern education is the development of preadaptivity as a specialist's ability to adapt to the «future» professional activity, the conditions of which are determined by the state of «uncertainty» in changing socio-economic, political, etc. conditions. Modern technologies are developing so rapidly that the pace of updating the requirements for a specialist, the conditions for his entry into the profession, and its development are becoming faster than the pace of training. It is the need for preadaptation that places new demands on the future specialist. The article analyzes the concept and essence of preadaptation, the main approaches to the study of the preadaptation process in terms of evolutionary, neuroscientific, social, pedagogical, psychological, and professional aspects; the authors consider the predictors of preadaptation, the features of the preadaptive process itself, as well as a group of qualities that hinder the preadaptation of future specialists and contribute to its effective implementation.
