Status and ways to optimize the construction of an internal teaching quality assurance system at local universities

the article examines the current state of teaching quality assurance systems at local universities, and identifies the main problems and shortcomings faced by educational institutions in the process of their functioning. The impact of external and internal factors on the quality of the educational process, including staffing, methodological approaches and the material and technical base, is analyzed. The authors propose a comprehensive approach to optimizing the internal quality assurance system, which includes the development and implementation of modern teaching assessment methods, the active involvement of students in the feedback process, as well as the creation of conditions for the constant professional development of teachers. An internal teaching quality assurance system is a complete set of teaching quality management systems and mechanisms established within universities to ensure continuous improvement in teaching quality. The difference between local universities is that local universities pay more attention to nurturing high-level talent that contributes to the local regional economy. Based on the actual situation in local universities, this article attempts to build a perfect internal system for ensuring the quality of teaching in universities in order to train application-oriented professionals.
