Frame analysis of the concept of "beauty" in Russian and French linguistic cultures: gender aspect
Abstract
the article is devoted to the frame analysis of the concept of "beauty" in Russian and French linguistic cultures, with special attention paid to the gender aspect. The research is aimed at identifying linguistic means representing male and female beauty in two cultures using the example of the terminal "face" using the method of frame modeling. The paper substantiates the choice of a frame approach that allows us to systematize the abstract concept of beauty through slots and their meanings. A structural model of the "beauty" frame is being developed, including the subframes "beauty (human)", "beauty (animals)", "beauty (nature)" and "beauty (artifacts)". The main focus is on the "beauty (human)" subframe, which is detailed through the slots "appearance", "mannerisms" and "additional characteristics". The results of the study demonstrate significant differences in the perception of beauty between the Russian and French linguistic cultures. In the 19th century, French descriptions emphasized classical ideals, while Russians combined physical parameters with psychological and social aspects. In the 20th century, there has been a unification of approaches, when beauty becomes less detailed, and its description shifts towards psychological and contextual conditioning. The conducted research can contribute to the development of the theory of frame modeling and the refinement of culturally determined parameters of the systematization of abstract concepts.

Bow as a basic element of traditional dance plasticity
Abstract
in modern times, in the era of the dawn of digital technologies, it is important to realize the uniqueness and inimitability of the spiritual heritage of ethnic groups, among which traditional dance culture occupies a worthy place. Understanding various types of art contributes to the self-identification of peoples, which is especially relevant in the current conditions. The state of traditional dance culture is characterized by contradictory trends: on the one hand, there is an integration of folk and stage dance with other types of dance (classical, ballroom, modern), leveling of national identity due to the active offensive of mass culture, on the other hand, there is an independent development of folk and stage choreographic art, positive processes of increasing interest in traditional dance culture and its derivative forms are taking place. Dance occupies one of the leading places in the sphere of interests of modern youth, preference is given to the modern direction of dance culture. In this regard, it is necessary to update the historical heritage in the field of study and analysis of the origins of traditional dance culture. Research of traditional dance culture, local traditions contribute to the creation of an integrated approach to the history of development, regional features of traditional dance culture.

Intersectionality in Iranian journalism: examining the influence of ethnicity, religion, and socio-economic factors on gender roles
Abstract
this study employs an intersectional lens to examine the embodied experiences of Kurdish women porters (known as Kolbars in Kurdish) in Iranian Kurdistan, drawing on journalistic sources. The findings reveal that Kolbar women are victims of interconnected factors, including gender, ethnicity, the rigid patriarchal culture in the region and country, uneven distribution of resources and wealth nationwide, as well as economic sanctions and state decline. They resist these multifaceted forms of oppression by risking their lives to transport goods across mountainous borders, enduring silence, and resorting to suicide when no other options remain. This research contributes to feminist intersectionality discourse by reconstructing the intersectional dimensions of a marginalized, disenfranchised, and understudied population of women in one of the world’s most gender-unequal countries. The study applies an intersectional approach to analyze the plight of Kurdish women porters (Kolbars) in Iranian Kurdistan, exposing the nexus of oppression at the intersections of gender, ethnicity, religion, and economics. Journalistic materials form the empirical basis, documenting the daily struggles of women forced into dangerous cross-border smuggling due to systemic marginalization. The results highlight how Kolbar women face layered discrimination: as Kurds in a Shiite-dominated state, as members of the poorest socioeconomic strata, and as women in a patriarchal culture. Their labor entails extreme risks – from hypothermia and landmines to shootings by border guards. With no alternatives, some turn to suicide as a final act of resistance.

Fiction and non-fiction in the works of M.M. Prishvin 1, 2 Zhou Yanan,
Abstract
the literary practice of Mikhail Mikhailovich Prishvin encompasses both diaries and fictional works, forming a unique interplay between fiction and non-fiction. This article focuses on Prishvin's 18 volumes of diaries (1905-1954) and his literary texts as the objects of analysis. By examining the relationship between text and reality, the interaction between author and characters, as well as the choice of narrative perspective, the study explores how Prishvin constructs a multifaceted image of “reality” in the tension between fiction and non-fiction. Taking into account the political context of the Soviet Union with its intense ideological pressure, the article reveals the underlying motives of Prishvin's dual strategy: through covert criticism in his diaries and allegorical resistance in his fictional works, he not only preserves the spiritual independence of the intellectual under a totalitarian regime but also responds artistically to the challenges of the era. This practice underscores his dual role as a “chronicler of history” and a “thinker,” reflecting both the wisdom of survival and the moral resilience of the individual under ideological constraints.

The problem of measuring the protest potential and forecasting the splash of mass protests in contemporary conditions
Abstract
the article examines the problems of predicting mass protests in modern conditions. From the author's point of view, the researchers rightly raise the issues of the problematic forecasting of outbursts of social protest based on measurements of the level of social tension by the methods of sociological surveys: not a single measurement and analysis of the level of social tension has yet given the opportunity to speak with confidence about the upcoming outburst of protest moods in open forms, the intensity of protest forms, especially – the emergence of radical mass forms of social protest. This is due to the fact that, firstly, the factors that determine social tension in different regions of the Russian Federation differ greatly. Secondly, these factors and their weight can change and change over time, moreover, these time intervals can be quite short, which makes it almost impossible to predict medium and long-term, as well as forecasting for the territory of the entire Russian Federation. Thirdly, social tension may not turn into social conflict, and even more so into open forms of protest. Fourth, researchers have long noticed that social tension in modern conditions can arise and transform into open forms of social protest under the influence of a certain manipulative influence. Fifth, this manipulative influence in modern conditions actively occurs through the media, especially new media, which can lead to an explosive outburst of protest actions without a serious level of social tension. In this regard, the available forecast toolkit should be supplemented with an analysis related to: 1) monitoring the media to identify socially significant topics that can sharply increase the mass of protest; 2) monitoring social networks for the growth of protest activity; 3) monitoring the activities of public organizations that accumulate protest moods and are aimed at managing protest moods, etc.

Abstract
the article presents the activities of outstanding teachers of the late 19th century who devoted their service to the creation of the Russian national school: K.D. Ushinsky, the "father of the Russian national school", who laid the foundations of Russian pedagogy; N.I. Pirogov, who had a huge impact on the development of pedagogical thought and developed pedagogical principles used in the modern learning process; S.A. Rachinsky, the author of the concept of "the development of the national peasant school at the end of the 19th century," the creator of an effective educational system at the end of the 19th century, who managed to combine the foundations of spiritual and moral education into one system. The need to make changes to the educational process, giving priority to the nurtured function, is actively discussed by teachers, scientists, and public figures. The preservation of Russia is impossible without a school based on traditional Russian values. If the foundation of national education is not laid in the near future, serious consequences await us in the future – the unifying idea will not be passed on to new generations. When developing new educational systems, the author suggests referring to the pedagogical experience of famous teachers of the past. The novelty of the study lies in the fact that a parallel has been drawn between teachers of the 19th and 21st centuries, expressed in the need to develop the Russian education system, which poses great challenges for teachers in educating the younger generation.

Causes affecting injuries of the musculoskeletal system
Abstract
more and more people are deciding to lead a healthy, active lifestyle. Outdoor jogging is a universal solution, as it has many advantages over other types of activities, and most importantly, it has a hardening effect and does not require money. The problem is that students who do not follow the rules of injury prevention during recreational running are inevitably injured. Our goal was to identify the common causes that affect injuries to the musculoskeletal system during recreational running. This article examines the most common causes that affect injuries to the musculoskeletal system during recreational running among students of the St. Petersburg University of the Humanities of Trade Unions. The research was conducted based on the results of a student survey. The questionnaire consisted of 9 questions to identify the most common causes of injury during recreational running, in which it was necessary to give an unambiguous answer: yes or no. The results of the study revealed that only 22% regularly warm up before jogging and stretch after, 31% sometimes do, and 47% never warm up before running or stretch their muscles after. 68% of respondents regularly use health and rehabilitation procedures, while 32% ignore them. To establish the correct technique, only 36% turned to specialists for advice, and 64% believe that they do not need help in this matter. 93% of the respondents took the choice of the right sports shoes seriously, and 7% felt that this factor should not be taken into account. In our opinion, amateur runners need to expand their knowledge of injury prevention and pay attention to the possibility of using the help of specialists who are experts in the field of sports injuries. Failure to comply with all these rules will inevitably lead to injury to the musculoskeletal system, long–term treatment and recovery. It is not uncommon that after treatment and recovery, many students stop running outside or, at best, continue to practice in the gym on a treadmill.

Comparative analysis of traditional learning and problem-based learning methodology in studying programming
Abstract
this article examines two teaching methodologies: traditional instruction and active learning methods, with a focus on problem-based learning (PBL). The advantages and disadvantages of each approach, as well as their impact on the educational process, are analyzed. The traditional method ensures systematic knowledge acquisition but often renders students passive listeners. In contrast, PBL fosters critical thinking, independence, and teamwork but requires more time and resources. To assess the perception of these methods, a survey was conducted among 30 students and 20 faculty members from higher education institutions in Uralsk. The data analysis revealed that PBL enhances student engagement and contributes to the development of professional skills. However, its implementation is hindered by a lack of resources in Russian and Kazakh languages, as well as insufficient methodological support. As a result, a combined approach was proposed: traditional instruction in the early years to establish a foundational theoretical background, followed by PBL in later years to reinforce practical skills. The choice of methodology should be guided by learning objectives, student characteristics, and the need to integrate theoretical and practical components within the educational process.

Differentiation of educational and training loads of strength training of students of educational organizations of the ministry of internal affairs of Russia
Abstract
many higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia face the problem of insufficient strength training of cadets and trainees, which makes it difficult to master the program of professional applied physical training. This requires the search for new approaches to working with trainees in terms of optimizing the physical training process. One of the key elements of optimizing the educational and training process is an individual approach to strength training of students. This approach involves taking into account the level of physical development of each cadet and developing an individual training program appropriate to his capabilities. The main idea of personalizing the process of strength training for future law enforcement officers is to differentiate physical activity depending on their level of physical development. Due to the difficulty of fully implementing an individualized approach at this stage, we propose to form groups with a uniform level of physical development from cadets and trainees to increase the effectiveness of strength training. For their formation, it is necessary to test the indicators of physical development of students, including specialized indicators of strength training. The results should be entered into a database for further analysis. To analyze the data obtained in order to further divide it into classes, it is proposed to use clustering of the information obtained, which will allow us to determine a set of groups with homogeneous indicators of physical development. As a result, cadets and trainees for training sessions will be allocated based on the vector level of their physical development, and training objectives will be formulated for each cluster. This will make it possible to develop strength-training programs with adapted training loads for each fitness cluster, providing a differentiated approach to training, increasing its effectiveness.

The significance of culturology in the innovative improvement of music pedagogy
Abstract
fostering a culture of creativity, developing skills in independent creative thinking and shaping a professional style are essential tasks of higher education. The most important ways to achieve this goal lie in innovative integrative methods, which simultaneously draw on the traditional experience of classical humanitarian education. Like any form of advancement, innovative improvement begins with well-known elements of pedagogical influence, among which communication aspects play a crucial role, directly affecting the perception of educational material. At the same time, innovations in culturology also encompass various dimensions. This article highlights those issues most closely related to pedagogy in terms of conceptual proximity. For instance, it draws attention to the interrelation between innovation and speech culture. Comparing linguistic norms with creative expression reveals clear analogies between the foundations of global pedagogical instruction and innovative strategies in education. The author also emphasizes the importance of a creative approach to innovation, as the formation of future university graduates is inseparably linked to these orientations. Reforms in higher education must be grounded in certain humanitarian priorities, including culturological ones. Clearly, the renewal of music-pedagogical reference points requires the integration of culturology as a vital component of modern, innovative approaches. In this context, it is important to underline the value of axiological aspects in contemporary education, since an understanding of the values of Azerbaijani spirituality as a foundation for teaching humanitarian disciplines brings a necessary element of creativity into the process. The integration of culturology as an interdisciplinary subject into music courses at higher education institutions reflects the reformative potential of modern Azerbaijani pedagogy and provides direction for its further advancement.
