Chvanova M.S., Kiseleva I.A.

Abstract

Importance. The active digitalisation of the economy leads to the transformation of students’ professional and value orientations. The process is exacerbated with the development of new forms of their online socialisation and requires pedagogical management. In order to build adequate pedagogical technologies it is necessary to identify the most sensitive components and criteria for the transformation of students’ professional value orientations. Novelty lies in the fact that (using computer science students as an example) for the first time changing professional needs are presented, which are reflected in the results of complex analysis of communication on popular forums in IT sphere; on web-sites of professional communication and large IT-companies; communication on telegram channels of employees of world IT-industry leaders. It has been proved that the identified needs contribute to the formation of professional interest and involvement in professionally oriented practice. As evidence, the results of a social survey among IT students on the use of their professional communication on the Internet for real work are presented. Quantitative methods of collecting information were used to collect the data required for the study: analysis of documents, surveys, questionnaires. For the first time, the logic of forming emerging professional value orientations in the context of Internet socialisation and the unsustainability of the future world of professions is presented. Based on the identified value orientations, relevant criteria for assessing the transformation of professional and value orientations under conditions of Internet socialisation are substantiated. The assumed most transformation-sensitive elements of value orientations in this context are identified.Research Methods. To achieve the research goals, various methods were used, including the method of analyzing information sources, the method of questioning through the digital resource Google Forms. The experimental base for the pilot study was 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th year students from universities in Tambov and Moscow, numbering 507 people aged 17 to 23 years. Results and Discussion. As a result of the study, criteria for assessing the transformation of the system of professional value orientations in the conditions of Internet socialization and instability of professions were identified and justified: the formation of values – relationships with the professional Internet community; formation of values – knowledge of digital technologies of professional activity and knowledge of the functionality of the Internet environment for solving professional problems; formation of values – goals of achieving a high level of fulfillment of professional needs in the Internet environment and confidence in self-realization in the future world of professions; the formation of values – the result of Internet socialization in a professional environment, satisfaction in achieving one’s professional needs; formation of value – the quality of rapid professional self-adaptation in the changing world of professions using the functionality of the Internet environment; formation of values – the ability to use Internet technologies and realize oneself in the profession.Conclusion. Based on the analysis, it was revealed that the most sensitive components of the transformation of value orientations may be values – relationships with the professional Internet community, as well as values – qualities characterized by rapid professional adaptation and selfadaptation in the changing world of professions using the functionality of the Internet environment.

Method for determining the effectiveness of the training process of hockey players with specific anthropometric data

Zobkov D.A.

Abstract

Importance. Methods of analyzing the effectiveness of the training process in game sports always impose certain requirements to the studied components: the quality of tasks performed by athletes, quantitative indicators of correctly accepted in accordance with the coach’s instructions solutions to situational problems in game episodes. A great importance is also the efficiency of the received information, the speed of statistical processing for making operational and strategic coaching decisions. In this regard, the most common information document designed for analytical activities to determine the effectiveness of training or game process in amateur hockey teams is a statistical list, where statisticians mark with icons game interactions of athletes, the degree of their success, the choice of playing position and technical parameters of receiving and passing the puck, won and lost combat sports, strength building, maintaining dynamic balance, etc. At the end of the procedure the results for each hockey player and five players are calculated in order to determine the effectiveness of game interaction, as well as to develop further strategic line of the training process. The inconvenience of this methods is the definition of evaluation tasks (in particular, we are talking about the intensified saturation component within the research topic) for each training process that has a certain target orientation, as well as the low speed of statistical processing of the obtained data. The purpose of the research: to analyze the game interaction of athletes of the hockey team “Derzhava” based on the use of instrumental methods to assess the game actions of representatives of groups of athletes differentiated by anthropometric indicators.Research Methods. Analysis of scientific and methodological literature on the research problem, systematization, pedagogical observation, instrumental diagnostic method “Physical Education Teacher Assessment Instrument”, methods of mathematical statistics, generalization. Results and Discussion. The results of game adaptation of hockey players, referred to different groups of athletes with special anthropometric data at the end of the preparatory period on the basis of individual indicators of game interaction in control games are analyzed.Conclusion. Research results can be used as information for game sports trainers when evaluating competitive game activity in selected sports.

Zverkov E.A., Savitskiy N.M.

Abstract

Importance. The emergence and development of the system of professional police education in Soviet Russia in the first years after the October Revolution is considered. The relevance of the research lies in the possibility of using some approaches to the organization of the educational process for modern educational programs.Materials and Methods. The system analysis’ methods, the principles of historicism and scientific objectivity, the use by the authors of the entire array of identified historical sources directly related to the object of research are used. Archival materials are stored in the State Archive of the Russian Federation, the State Archive of the Tambov Region, the State Archive of Socio-Political History of the Tambov Region, the State Archive of the Voronezh Region are used. Results and Discussions. The militia bodies of the early 1920s, first of all, had to contribute to the strengthening of the Soviet apparatus. In this regard, the personnel policy in the militia was also being built. However, workers and peasants did not have proper legal and general education training, which required significant efforts by the state to develop a network of specialized educational organizations (schools, courses) for political and practical training of policemen. According to the authors, significant positive experience in this area has been accumulated in the Central Chernozem region – especially in the Tambov province.Conclusion. Conclusions are formulated about the significant potential of departmental education in the first half of the 1920s, the full implementation of which was hampered by the low capacity of schools and a significant bias towards militarization of training.

Activities of the NKVD−NKGB−MVD−MGB USSR bodies in ensuring public security in the territory of Western Belarus (1939−1953)

Bugaev V.N.

Abstract

Importance. Interest in the events taking place on the territory of Western Belarus in the period 1939–1953 is supported both by the complexity and inconsistency of the processes that are taking place today in the Russian Federation and abroad, and by the insufficient degree of study of certain issues related to the activities of law enforcement agencies in the history of our state. Topics related to the activities of the NKVD−NKGB−MVD−MGB of the USSR bodies on the territory of Western Belarus in 1939–1953 are currently not sufficiently studied in detail by historical science, which leads to the falsification of historical events of those years. The purpose of the research is to reveal the historical events taking place on the territory of the western regions of Belarus and the activities of the law enforcement agencies of the Soviet state to ensure public safety in 1939–1953 in this region.Materials and Methods. The research is based on declassified archival materials of the Republic of Belarus, the State Archive of the Russian Federation and the Russian State Military Archive. Party materials of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Belarus (CPB), Minsk, Brest and Pinsk regional committees of the CPB, the Political Department of the Red Army, documents of the Belarusian headquarters of the partisan movement and the People’s Commissariat of Internal Affairs of the USSR – the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR (1934–1960) are studied. Both general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis, as well as synchronistic and problemchronological methods are used. Results and Discussion. The German aggression against Poland in 1939 contributed to the reunification of Western and Eastern Belarus, and also put before the state authorities of the USSR the restructuring of all spheres of life of the local population. The features and directions of restructuring the activities of the NKVD−NKGB−MVD−MGB of the USSR to ensure public safety in the specified historical period on the territory of Western Belarus are investigated. Specific measures that were carried out by the law enforcement agencies of the USSR to ensure public security in the western regions of Belarus in the period 1939–1953 are considered. Considerable attention is paid to the activities of the NKVD−NKGB−MVD−MGB of the USSR to eliminate the nationalist underground on the eve of the war and in the post-war period on the territory of Western Belarus.Conclusion. The joint activities of law enforcement agencies and state authorities played an important role in ensuring public safety in the territory of Western Belarus in 1939–1953.

The role of the religious factor in imperial consolidation during the reign of Leopold I (1658–1705)

Shelyshey S.S.

Abstract

Importance. The influence of religious and confessional factors on the enemy image formation in German journalism during the reign of Leopold I is analyzed. The enemy image formation is an integral part of the national ideas and national identity formation processes. Research on this topic is especially important when studying the German national idea of the early modern period.Materials and Methods. The main source of the research is German political pamphlets of the last quarter of the 17th century from the collections of the Herzog August Library (Wolfenbüttel). Results and Discussion. An important component of the image of the enemy was the religious aspect. In the struggle against the Ottoman Empire, the appeal to religious themes stemmed from differences of religion. The enemy image was formed on the Christian world opposition basis to those of other faiths. To form a negative image of France, German publicists turned to the concept of a “good” and “bad” Christian. As a result, a negative image of the apostate French was formed, on the basis of which the French was also proclaimed a religious enemy. An important aspect of the negative perceptions of the French were the accusations made by German publicists against the policy of France, aimed, in their opinion, at inciting a confessional conflict with in the Empire. This made it possible to oppose the French to representatives of all three faiths as a common imperial enemy.Conclusion. The Austro-Turkish wars and the wars against Louis XIV found a wide response in German journalism. The authors sought to create a comprehensive, unquestionable image of the enemy, whose function was the internal consolidation of the German lands in the fight against a common danger.

Solovyova V.A., Tcverianashvili I.A., Shutman D.V.

Abstract

Importance. The historical preconditions for the formation of modern urban construction policy in Denmark, current trends and features of Danish urbanism, current legislative acts regulating the issues of urban planning are considered. Within the framework of historical preconditions analysis attention is paid to the architectural and urban construction ideas of the 20th century, which made the greatest contribution to the establishment and development of the Danish tradition of urban environment planning. Attention is paid to the activities of English sociologist Ebenezer Howard and Danish architect Peter Bredsdorff, whose ideas are reflected in modern urban planning documents. The main organizations that at the present stage promote the ideas of ecological and conscious urban construction both among the citizens of Denmark and among commercial companies operating in the country are considered. The purpose of the research is to identify the Danish urban construction tradition rather than general patterns and trends characteristic, for example, for the countries of Northern Europe. The research highlights the value of studying Danish urban construction policy as an effective method for identifying the most constructive solutions to both local (individual settlements) and global (within the borders of a country or region) environmental problems.Materials and Methods. In the process of research the principles of historicism and objectivity, as well as general and special methods of historical cognition are used. On the basis of data theoretical analysis an objective assessment of Danish urban construction tradition development in the period from the second half of 20th to the beginning of 21st century is given. Results and Discussion. The main events in urban construction, social and legislative spheres that influenced the establishment of modern ideas of urban planning are analyzed. The historical analysis of the main urban construction and urbanistic decisions that contributed to the formation of the Danish legislative framework in the field of urban construction is given. The analysis of activity of significant organizations responsible for urban environment sustainable and “green” planning ideas promotion is carried out.Conclusion. The ideas of sustainable planning in the 21st century fully take into account and realize the needs and tendencies of both social and ecological spheres, defined in the middle of the 20th century. It is concluded that in the system of urban construction the tendency to sustainable use of urban areas and promotion of the ideas of ecological urbanism among the population will continue to be observed.
