The article examines in retrospective the formation of South Tyrol as a special political and administrative unit of Italy. The periodization of South Tyrol's acquisition of the status of a special political and administrative unit of Italy has been carried out. The main historical determinants of the emergence, the central value-semantic postulates and legislative provisions for resolving the South Tyrol conflict are identified.

The linguistic and semantic features found show a change in Russia's priorities in the international arena, the emergence of new threats to national security and a more decisive demonstration of readiness to combat them.

Neoliberal policies as the cause of socio-economic crisis in modern society

The article provides an analysis of the ideology and basic principles of neoliberalism. The author compares the implementation of neoliberalism policies in three countries (USA, Germany and Russia) and reveals common features that have led to the crisis in some states and in the world. This article aims to prove that neoliberalism with its principles is impossible in modern world.
