Designing driver power supply for high voltage semiconductor switches
Abstract
The issues of designing control devices for power high-voltage semiconductor switches are considered. An overview of modern methods of galvanic isolation of the control system and the control pulse generator (driver) of a power semiconductor switch is presented. The conclusion is made about the expediency of using a current transformer for galvanic isolation of the power source from the driver. A block diagram of the driver power supply is proposed.

Modernization and research of technological capabilities of the CNC 3018 numerical control machine for the production of printed circuit board prototypes
Abstract
The article presents the results of modernization and research of technological capabilities of the CNC 3018 numerical control machine for the manufacture of single-sided and double-sided printed circuit boards, which will be used for prototyping various electronic devices in the student design bureau "Device-MRSU" of the Department of Electronics and Nanoelectronics of the National Research Mordovia State University.

Control synthesis for 3D-printer step drive
Abstract
A mathematical approach to the development of a model for controlling the movements of the working bodies of a 3D-printer drive in the form of recurrent relations is proposed. This makes it possible to solve the problem of synthesizing the laws of control of the drives of the working body of a 3D-printer for cases when it is impossible or difficult to analytically describe the prescribed trajectory of its movement, with less difficulty to implement the software and technical implementation of the synthesized control laws.

Using the internet of things technology to increase the efficiency of agricultural lands use
Abstract
The article analyzes the possibilities of application and proposes an option for implementing the Internet of things technology in agriculture in the field of crop production. The implementation of a project using this technology will help to significantly reduce crop losses.

Analysis of noise immunity of digital communication system in fading channels
Abstract
The work analyzes an OFDM digital communication system in the presence of interference and fading in the communication channel using modeling in the SystemVue software package. The results obtained allow us to evaluate the impact of fading on the transmission quality of a digital transmission system with OFDM.

Features of control of positioning motors with double power
Abstract
Positional electric drives, as a rule, are built on the basis of a synchronous machine with permanent magnets, DC motors with independent excitation, and an asynchronous motor with a squirrel-cage rotor. However, the advantage of using a wound-rotor induction motor is the greater number of possible control channels: currents, voltages and frequencies of the stator and rotor, control of the phase shift between current and voltage, as well as the form of the supply voltage.

Development trends of multifunctional lighting devices
Abstract
The article presents an analysis of trends in the development of multifunctional lighting devices. In particular, the possibility of combining several functions in one lighting device is considered, which makes it possible to complement and expand their scope of application. The prospects for further development of multifunctional lighting devices and their ability to meet the needs of various industries are emphasized.

Connecting medical equipment to virtual VLAN network
Abstract
The article contains an overview of medical information systems, in particular medical instrumentation and computer systems. The methods of connecting medical data transmission networks are analyzed. The tasks that need to be solved when connecting the equipment to the medical data transmission network are identified. The aspects, difficulties and solutions to the problems of connecting medical equipment to a virtual VLAN network are outlined.

Mathematical modeling of non-contact power transmission from the direct current contact network of Russian railways
Abstract
This article provides a description and mathematical modeling of the transmission of induced voltage from a direct current contact network. The possibility of transmitting energy in a non-contact manner through an air transformer is described. As a result of the simulation, the shape of the voltage on the secondary winding of the transformer, as well as the shape of the rectified voltage possible from the secondary winding of the transformer, were obtained. This solution can be used for lighting systems of railway platforms.
