Analysis of modern approaches to monitoring technical condition of buildings and structures
Abstract
The article is devoted to the prospects for the introduction of Russian systems to monitor technical condition of new construction facilities and buildings, the physical condition of which requires constant monitoring. The study presents modern methods of collecting physical data and analyzing their application, based on relevance, effectiveness and economic feasibility.

Development of office building project by means of information technology modeling
Abstract
The article deals with the principles of information technology for modeling capital construction projects. It provides a definition of the information model of a capital construction project. The objectives and goals of the specialized professional retraining program «Information Technology in Construction» taught at Ogarev Mordovia State University are defined. The operation principles of the Russian Renga BIM system by Renga Software are considered. The study gives the techniques for developing a building information model in the Renga BIM system.

Renga information technology in use: a student project experience
Abstract
The article discusses the relevance of the introduction of information technology modeling in construction and some issues of state regulation of this process in Russia. The authors present the experience of implementing a student project in the form of teamwork as part of the specialized professional retraining program «Information Technology in Construction». The basic principles of operation and tools of the Renga system of the Russian company Renga Software when creating an information model of a building are considered. The authors describe the teamwork of specialists from different project groups in the process of project development.

Calculation of the monolithic structural system of a high-rise building for stability in case of emergency impacts
Abstract
The article deals with the problem of ensuring the reliability of building structures of high-rise buildings in emergency situations. The results of a study of the stability of a monolithic structural system of a building to progressive collapse in LIRA-CAD software are presented.

Influence of stress level and humidity of series of samples on relaxation characteristics of epoxy polymers
Abstract
The article presents the results of a study of the relaxation process of polymer materials based on the epoxy binder Etal-247 depending on the level of applied tensile stress and the humidity state of a series of samples. The relaxation curves were approximated using the Kohlrausch equation, numerical values of the indicators were calculated depending on the level of relaxing stress and moisture content of the sample series. It was found that the samples of the composition Etal- 247/Etal-1472 are characterized by the most relaxation stability and the samples of the composition Etal–247/Etal-45TZ2 by the least relaxation stability.

Piled foundation options for multistory residential building
Abstract
Options for piled foundations have been studied. An analysis of the structure of a piled foundation of an 18-storey residential building was carried out. The advantages and disadvantages of various types of foundations are revealed. A conclusion is made about the best option of a piled foundation for a multistory residential building.

The effect of moisture content on the climatic resistance of polymer materials
Abstract
The article provides the results of studying changes in the sorption and elastic- strength characteristics of polymer samples based on modified epoxy resin and various types of hardeners exposed to field climatic ageing. The effect of the exposure time on the change in the dependence of tensile strength and relative elongation at maximum load was established. The authors analyzed the effect of sorbed moisture on the change in elastic-strength properties of epoxy polymers.

Features of wood destruction during compression
Abstract
The article considers the process of loading wood with a compressive load along the fibers and the features of its behavior under this type of loading. Conclusions are drawn on the occurrence of slip lines and the destruction of wood as a whole. A hierarchical model of wood has been developed for effective stress concentration analysis and prediction of the initial destruction of the sample.
