Axiological regulators of sociocultural dynamics in public associations under the diversification of social services
Abstract
the article examines the role of axiological regulators in the adaptation of public associations to the processes of diversification of social services. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to identify mechanisms that enable third-sector organizations to maintain their identity in the context of digitalization, professionalization, and evolving social demands. The aim of the research is to identify and analyze the role of value-based regulators in the transformation of public associations' activities amid the diversification of social services, as well as to develop an original approach to their adaptation to changing sociocultural realities. The methodological framework of the study is based on the axiological approach, combined with the sociological theories of M. Weber, T. Parsons, and N. Luhmann. The research employs methods of comparative analysis, synthesis of empirical data, and theoretical modeling. The results demonstrate that the resilience of public associations depends on their ability to harmonize internal value contradictions. The study analyzes the interaction between traditional values (solidarity, mutual aid) and new demands for efficiency and innovation, highlighting the duality of formal and informal regulators. The key role of digital technologies as catalysts for transformation is revealed, along with the importance of balancing innovation and cultural continuity. Special attention is paid to intergenerational conflicts: younger members prioritize progressive values (openness, digital literacy), while older participants remain committed to traditional norms. The practical significance of the study lies in substantiating the need to integrate a value-based approach into third-sector support programs, thereby enhancing their adaptability.

The grounds for identifying entrepreneurs in the South of Russia at the present stage (based on empirical analysis)
Abstract
introduction: the sociological study of the identification foundations of entrepreneurial culture has a very important epistemological and heuristic significance for modern Russian society. The obtained sociological information makes it possible to form the basis for optimal interaction between government authorities and the business community, which is especially important in today's difficult conditions and Western sanctions pressure. In this context, it is qualitative empirical research that has the necessary scientific and practical potential in modern Russian conditions, in particular, the in-depth interview method. A comprehensive study of various aspects of the daily life and work of Russian entrepreneurs allows us to objectively characterize the positions of the state and the business community in order to find consensus and overcome tensions and contradictions in mutual relations. Methodology and research methods. The concept of the author's research is based on the provisions of P.A. Sorokin's theory of social and cultural dynamics. The methodological basis of the study was also formed by the concept of representative culture of F. Tenbrook, developed by L.G. Ionin, as well as L.G. Ionin's model of identification and staging. The empirical method used in the course of research (the in-depth interview method) is based on the theoretical and methodological developments of G. Garfinkel's ethnomethodology and A. Schutz's phenomenology. Research results and discussion. It has been established that the identification system of Russian entrepreneurs continues to be in an ambiguous and contradictory state at the present stage. Based on the provisions of L.G. Ionin's theory on the genesis and development of cultural/subcultural forms, it is currently not possible to assert that the formation of the doctrinal core of Russian entrepreneurial culture has been completed. The recession that followed the initial social interest and surge in activity in the 1990s led to the formation of an identification "eclecticism" of the business community, which is reflected in the inner world of entrepreneurs, in the business models used, often illegal. In these conditions, systematic theoretical and empirical sociological research is needed, aimed at finding the content and forms of consensus between the needs and interests of society, government and the business community. The image of modern Russian entrepreneurial culture is in the process of formation (the identification aspect clearly demonstrates this). This has an impact on many social problems directly or indirectly related to the business community and its culture.

Russian youth subcultural reality: territory of countercultural fluidity
Abstract
the study provides a detailed description of the unique characteristics of youth subcultural communities that reflect the latest socio-cultural transformations. The key parameters that determine the substantive features of informal youth associations are analyzed: their value orientations, methods of self-identification, communication strategies, and intra-group norms of interaction. Particular attention is paid to identifying latent mechanisms for the formation of youth subcultural practices in the context of modern social changes, revealing their deep semantic and structural dynamics. The phenomenon of fluidity is a fundamentally new type of youth self-organization, where classical hierarchical structures are replaced by horizontal network interactions. The study captures a fundamentally new socio-cultural landscape of Russian youth reality. The study allowed us to comprehensively present the modern youth subcultural landscape as a multi-layered, mobile system of social interactions and cultural codes. In conclusion, it is noted that the youth subculture of Russia is a complex socio-cultural phenomenon that emerged as an alternative form of self-organization and self-expression. Russian youth subculture functions as a kind of adaptation strategy, a compensatory mechanism for groups experiencing systemic status deficiencies.

Cultural and value-based foundations for countering fraud against elderly citizens in the context of expanding social service variability
Abstract
the relevance of the study stems from the increasing scale of telephone fraud targeting elderly individuals, who account for a quarter of all victims of this type of crime. The article examines the role of value orientations and cultural-social mechanisms in countering and preventing telephone fraud among elderly citizens amid the diversification of social services. Research objective: to identify and analyze value orientations and cultural-social mechanisms that contribute to the effective prevention of telephone fraud among elderly citizens in the context of expanding social service options. The methodological framework employs an interdisciplinary approach integrating socio-psychological theories of values, victimology, and social work. The research methodology includes scientific-practical testing of theoretical propositions through analytical simulations involving social workers, legal professionals, representatives of public organizations, and artificial intelligence systems. The study concludes that the most significant values for elderly individuals are health, happy family life, and having loyal friends. It is substantiated that these very values form the basis for countering fraud against elderly citizens. The research establishes that a comprehensive approach combining digital literacy development, the cultivation of stable moral-ethical attitudes, and active engagement of social workers in awareness-raising activities proves most effective in protecting elderly citizens from fraud. Practical significance: the findings can be applied to improve social policies regarding elderly citizen protection and the development of preventive programs.

Current challenges for the pharmaceutical industry in the context of rising cardiovascular diseases
Abstract
the development of the pharmaceutical market is influenced by various economic, political, social and technological factors. In Russia, economic instability, changes in legislation, as well as socio-demographic characteristics of the population have a significant impact on the market. This is especially relevant in the context of the growing incidence of cardiovascular diseases (CVD), which are becoming one of the main causes of disability and mortality among the country's adult population. Most of the adult population of Russia is at risk of developing CVDs, especially those who suffer from diabetes mellitus, obesity, smoke or abuse alcohol, as well as those who are exposed to chronic stress and lack of physical activity. Statistics confirm that in recent decades there has been a deterioration in the health of the population, which requires urgent action to improve the prevention and treatment of heart and vascular diseases. To combat cardiovascular disease, in addition to the basic treatment needed to control and stabilise patients, prevention plays a crucial role. Important aspects of prevention include timely diagnosis, healthy lifestyles, reducing consumption of unhealthy foods, regular physical activity and psycho-emotional well-being. As part of a comprehensive approach in the treatment of CVDs, the pharmaceutical market plays a key role in ensuring the availability of modern medicines, as well as the introduction of new technologies and treatment methods. In addition, effective prevention and treatment of CVDs require active co-operation between government authorities, medical institutions and pharmaceutical companies. Only coordinated efforts in the healthcare sector can lead to a significant reduction in morbidity, disability and mortality from cardiovascular diseases.

Capital structure strategies of Russian IT companies
Abstract
capital structure formation is still a relevant topic both for the scientific community and for the top management of companies making decisions about its change. This article analyzes the main theories of capital structure, which describe most companies’ behavior in terms of capital structure formation. First of all, the article by Franco Modigliani and Merton Miller was considered, which laid the foundation for capital structure studies. The static trade-off theory and the pecking order theory were also considered. In addition, the theory of agency costs and the theory of market timing were presented as well. Objective: to explain the actions of Russian IT companies to attract additional capital within the framework of one of the presented theories of capital structure and define their current strategy. Methods: the study used the method of analyzing the financial performance of companies and scientific literature. Results: an analysis of the financial performance of Russian IT companies (VK, Yandex) was conducted. First of all, the change in the debt-to-equity ratio of each company was analyzed. The analysis used the companies' performance for 2023 and 2024. The recent capital raising activities of the companies and their goals were analyzed as well. Conclusion: as a result of the analysis, it was revealed that VK's debt-to-equity ratio has significantly increased, and the recent additional share issuance is aimed at optimizing the company's capital structure by the top management. VK's behavior can be explained by the static trade-off theory. In Yandex’s case, the top management claims that there is no need to optimize the capital structure. However, Yandex has announced the issuance of bonds to raise funds. In this scenario, the company's behavior is better explained by the pecking order theory.

Managing new generations of human resources: the impact of national mentality on corporate practices
Abstract
modern organizations face the need to rethink traditional approaches to personnel management in the context of the active entry of representatives of generations Y and Z into the labor market. Their value orientations and professional expectations form new requirements for corporate practices. However, national mentality and cultural traditions continue to have a significant impact on the effectiveness of HR strategies, which casts doubt on the possibility of creating a universal management model. This problem acquires particular significance in high-tech industries, where competition for talented specialists requires the development of innovative HR strategies that take into account both global trends and national-cultural specifics. Objective: аnalysis of the influence of cultural factors on the management of representatives of generations Y and Z. Methods: сomparative analysis of management practices based on Geert Hofstede’s cultural dimensions model, as well as a review of scientific publications in electronic databases. Results: despite common trends such as demand for digitalization and flexibility, the methods of implementing HR strategies differ significantly in different countries. In Japan, adaptation to new generations occurs evolutionarily, while preserving traditional values of collectivism and hierarchy. In China, strict management approaches are combined with aggressive technology implementation, reflecting a results-oriented orientation. In Russia, there is a contradictory dynamics: on the one hand, there is a growing demand for Western management models, on the other hand, the influence of informal relations and authoritarian traditions persists. Conclusion: the creation of a completely universal management model seems unlikely, however, the development of flexible systems integrating global trends while considering local specifics (glocalization) can become a key success factor. Special importance is given to taking cultural characteristics into account when managing personnel in high-tech industries, where creativity and employee engagement directly depend on their perception of corporate culture.

Digitalization of logistics: economic aspects in an international and Russian perspective
Abstract
digitalization of logistics is becoming more and more clearly evident as an economically significant process that transforms the structure and efficiency of logistics chains in international and national practice. This paper examines examples of digital solutions implemented in the EU, USA, China, Japan and Russia in order to compare their economic effects. The analysis is based on a case study, a systematic approach and comparative analysis methods, which allowed us to identify key technologies – intelligent transport systems (ITS), digital platforms, IoT, Big Data and automation of warehouse infrastructure. While in the EU, digitalization focuses on sustainability and cross—border integration, the United States focuses on efficiency and autonomy, while in Asia it focuses on the speed and scale of implementation. In the Russian context, despite the implementation of digital economy programs, institutional barriers remain. The study suggests a classification of technologies according to their impact on economic performance, as well as recommendations for improving the efficiency of logistics digitalization in the Russian Federation. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibilities of adapting successful foreign solutions taking into account Russian specifics, as well as in building a comprehensive strategy for the digital transformation of logistics.

Innovative approaches to employee motivation through gamification in human resource management
Abstract
in modern management, gamification is viewed as an effective tool for employee motivation, with the potential to enhance labor productivity and organizational efficiency. The relevance of our study is driven by the need to explore new approaches to human resource management in the context of the digital economy and the transformation of labor relations. We proposed an original econometric model that integrates elements of game theory, dynamic programming, and behavioral economics, allowing for a quantitative assessment of the impact of various gamification mechanisms on key performance indicators of labor. The model includes parameters such as motivation level, cognitive load, time characteristics for task completion, reward systems, and social recognition. Special attention is given to the analysis of nonlinear effects and threshold values of motivational factors. Testing the model on data from 25 Russian companies across various industries during the period from 2022 to 2024 showed an average increase in labor productivity of 18,73%, a decrease in employee turnover by 12,45%, an increase in employee satisfaction by 22,91%, and a reduction in the adaptation time for new employees by 34,28%. The results of the study have practical value for HR management and can be used in the development of comprehensive employee motivation systems in organizations of various profiles. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the formalized approach to assessing the effectiveness of gamification solutions, taking into account the economic and psychological aspects of labor motivation.

Building a strategic decision-making system based on the principles of the digital economy from the theory of the digital economy
Abstract
this study is grounded in the fundamental theories and core development patterns of the digital economy, and provides an in-depth analysis of the strategic environmental changes and decision-making challenges faced by enterprises and organisations in the digital economy era.Based on this theoretical analysis, we have systematically constructed a strategic decision-making framework system tailored to the characteristics of the digital economy. This system aims to deeply integrate the core principles of the digital economy (such as data-driven, network effects, platform-based operations, and agile iteration) into the decision-making process to enhance the strategic response capabilities and competitiveness of organisations in complex digital ecosystems.Furthermore, in order to clarify the practical application scenarios and policy background of this decision-making system, this paperclosely combines the current global research frontiers and development trends in digital economy theory, comprehensively sorts out and lists thekey digital economy policy measures formulated and implemented by different levels of entities, such as international organisations, regional economies (e.g. the EU and ASEAN) and single-nation states (e.g. China and the US).These measures cover multiple core dimensions, including data governance, platform regulation, digital infrastructure construction, digital skill development, cybersecurity, and promoting innovation and fair competition. Together, they form the global governance landscape and policy toolkit for addressing the opportunities and challenges of the digital economy, providing important external environmental references and policy basis for the practical implementation of the aforementioned strategic decision-making system.

Study and analysis of user behavior trends in the restaurant business organizations within the digital environment
Abstract
the article examines the main factors influencing consumer behavior when interacting with digital restaurant business platforms. Based on the results of previous studies in the context of the development of modern digital technologies, a significant increase in the number of users using online platforms to select a restaurant or deliver finished products was revealed. One of the main problems is a significant number of refusals to make a purchase, which may indicate a number of factors influencing guest behavior. The purpose of the work is to identify trends and preferences of users in the digital environment, as well as identify bottlenecks in the digital customer journey. The research methodology includes the analysis of data obtained from the YUMA restaurant automation ecosystem in the period from August 2024 to January 2025. The empirical material covers website visit statistics, user session duration, conversion and bounce rates, differentiated by device type and browser. Data analysis showed the dominant role of mobile devices, especially on pre-holiday and holiday days. The results showed that the average time spent on the site from a PC is 20% higher than from smartphones, while the conversion rate via mobile devices is 3 times higher than for PCs. The results of these studies highlight the need to optimize and improve primarily mobile versions of restaurant sites and applications, as well as to develop personalized offers to increase the competitiveness of the restaurant business in the context of digitalization.

Own web channels and marketplaces: a comparative analysis of the scale and structure of web sales
Abstract
currently, the level of online trade is growing, the presence of online services is significantly expanding. Companies are developing both their own online distribution channels and using existing channels – marketplaces. This article proposes an applied model designed to analyze the structure of web sales in various countries. The main indicator of this study is the share of online revenue from both their own distribution channels, such as web-sites and apps, and the share from sales through marketplaces. For the convenience and effectiveness of comparison, the web channel dominance indicator was introduced. This integral indicator makes it possible to conduct a correct comparison by country, without distorting the conclusions by differences in the scale of the market in each specific country. The model was tested on the example of such countries as Germany, France, Sweden and Spain. The model allows us to identify the profiles of the countries in question, as well as visualize the results. This approach is designed for applied analysis, can help companies balance their presence in the market, assess role of platforms and determine priorities in investing in online distribution channels. Objective: to develop and apply a model for cross-country analysis of the web sales structure with an integral assessment of channel dominance. Methods: calculation of data based on official statistics of Eurostat; normalization and comparison of the shares of own channels and marketplaces; descriptive and comparative analytics; construction of a visual analytical scheme. Methods: calculation of data based on official Eurostat statistics; standardization and comparison of shares of own channels and marketplaces; descriptive and comparative analytics; construction of a visual-analytical scheme. Platform concept as a factor in ensuring sustainable business development
Abstract
the article examines the role of the platform concept as a key factor in ensuring sustainable development of modern business structures. In the context of global digitalization and strengthening of the ESG agenda, traditional management models face new challenges, which actualizes the search for innovative approaches to organizing economic activity. Platform transformation is considered as a system-forming process that allows companies to rebuild the institutional configuration, optimize the use of resources and create new value through network interactions. The essence of platform business models, their ability to generate network effects and adapt to a changing external environment are analyzed. The author's conceptual model SUST (Sustainable, Uniting, Self-Transformed) is presented, which systematizes the key characteristics of sustainable platform ecosystems and acts as a management framework for their design and evaluation. Based on the analysis of Russian and foreign cases, both the advantages and risks of the platform economy are identified, including the "rebound effect" and labor precarization. The thesis is substantiated that digital platforms are a powerful but ambivalent tool whose contribution to sustainable development directly depends on balanced regulation and responsible management practices.
