The development of serfdom in the xviii century
摘要
The article discusses serfdom in Russia of the XVIII century because during this period it reached the peak of development. The beginning of the XVIII century is associated with Peter I. Under him, the peasants were completely enslaved. Under the next rulers, the process of serfdom became more rigid. A conclusion is made that the reign of Catherine II was the worst time in relation to the peasants. At the same time, this period was the heyday of the Russian nobility.


Features of the national policy of the RSFSR

The article discusses the processes of conducting and implementing national policy within the RSFSR, the creation of national autonomies, their impact on the economy and industry. The development of the national question itself is also presented, starting from the October Revolution and ending with the collapse of the USSR. The role of the Russian people in the internal politics of the RSFSR is noted.

The article presents an analysis of the role of fairs in the economic development of Russia in the XVIII – XIX centuries. The period under consideration is characterized by economic prosperity associated with the transition from feudalism to capitalism. Fairs played an important role in the process of this transition and served as a place for the exchange of goods, services, experience and new technologies. In addition, fairs were an important factor of social integration in Russia, as they were a meeting place for representatives of various regions of the country, where not only commodity, but also socio-cultural exchange took place.

The article considers the stages of publication of official documents, the emergence of digitized electronic documents and the prospects for their modernization.

The article is devoted to the study of Zemsky assembly in the governance system of the Russian state. According to the study results, the author comes to the conclusion that, unlike similar parliamentary Western European institutions, Russian Zemsky assemblies, though having real political power, did not oppose themselves to the head of the state. On the contrary, Zemsky assemblies sought to strengthen the governance system of the Russian state headed by the absolute monarch.
