modern society requires a high level of communication due to globalization and cultural mixing. New technologies such as multimedia materials, Internet platforms and interactive methods are becoming necessary tools, allowing students not only to gain knowledge but also to develop communicative competence. Innovative technologies help to create an atmosphere of cooperation and exchange of opinions, which develops critical thinking and a creative approach. The importance of developing communication competence in studies can hardly be overestimated, since they are the basis for the development of personality and adaptation of graduates in a rapidly changing world. The purpose of the article «Formation of communicative skills as a factor in the development of the personality of a future specialist» is to analyze the application of different approaches to the formation of communicative abilities, which creates opportunities for the development of the personality of a future professional, the development of critical thinking and interpersonal competence.
