Abstract
the article discusses linguistic, sociocultural, and intercultural research conducted in the field of business communication and organizational communication, which can help in solving the issue of organizing and building the pedagogical process in Russia. At the beginning of the article, the theoretical foundations of foreign-language business intercultural communication are determined, followed by a review of business communication studies and organizational discourse in Asian countries as a whole (using the example of Japan, China, Korea, Vietnam), and characteristic linguistic and cultural features are highlighted. In the second part of the article, we propose the integration of the research results into the pedagogical process in order to teach students the intercultural specifics of business foreign language communication using the example of specific pedagogical models and exercises. The value of the article lies in the research results that can be used by teachers to develop and implement foreign language business communication training programs, taking into account the peculiarities of Asian countries.
