Abstract
computer science has historically been one of the relatively new school subjects and the process of systematization of knowledge on this subject for schoolchildren is in its development. Especially considering the rapid progress in the use of electronic educational resources in educational institutions. The use of AI in the educational field is becoming especially important, where it provides a wide range of new opportunities for solving various tasks. An important area of artificial intelligence use in this field is digital educational analytics. This approach is aimed at improving the planning and control of the educational process, which includes a detailed analysis of training courses and work programs. The purpose of digital learning analytics is to optimize learning and increase its effectiveness based on data processing and analysis. The purpose of this study is to analyze the pros and cons of using artificial intelligence in teaching computer science at the secondary education level.
