On the issue of increasing the state fee when applying to the court and protecting the rights of land owners

this article examines the issue of increasing the amount of state fees when applying to the court. The author analyzes the possible consequences of such a decision and its impact on access to justice and the workload of the courts. Increasing the amount of state fees causes controversy. In order to reduce the workload of the judicial system, alternatives such as pre-trial dispute resolution and simplification of judicial procedures are considered. The author concludes that the issue of increasing the state fee requires careful analysis and assessment of the possible consequences for citizens and organizations engaged in agricultural activities on private property.
