Abstract
the article discusses the use of art therapy techniques in working with preschoolers who have special educational needs. These techniques help preschool children of the designated category to express their feelings, develop communication skills, improve their emotional state and cognitive functions. It is noted that art therapy is a term meaning that a person and his inner self manifest themselves in creativity. For children with hyperactivity, fatigue, aggression, and various mental and physical disabilities, art therapy will be most useful and will prove to be a fairly effective method of work. Art helps such children to express their emotions and develop their creative potential, which contributes to their social adaptation and improvement of their quality of life. The article discusses in detail various art therapy technologies and the areas of work in which they can be used with preschoolers with special educational needs. Special attention is paid to isotherapy, which includes drawing, modeling, application and other types of children's art. Isotherapy helps to develop fine motor skills, spatial thinking and creativity in working with children with special educational needs. Other art therapy methods such as music therapy, play therapy, doll therapy, and sand therapy are also being considered. Artistic creativity promotes the sensory development of children, enriches their horizons and helps to express emotions. Art helps children with special educational needs to experience the world and transform it through their favorite activities, performing various actions. For the development of a child's personality and the search for his interests, art and independent creativity are the most effective means. Summing up, the authors conclude that art therapy is one of the most convenient methods of teachers working with preschool children with special educational needs, as it helps to develop various skills and abilities of children, improves their emotional state and promotes overall development.
