Globalization is leading Russian companies to understanding of the necessity of the observance of the international standards of corporative behavior and ethical norms of conducting modern business. In this connection, namely corporate social responsibility plays the role of the most optimum form of intercommunication between business and society becoming one of the necessary elements of social reality. The article deals with the role of the concept of corporative social responsibility as the most important direction of investment attractiveness of the company.

This article concerns the dynamics of savings of the population of the Russian Federation for 1997-2011, with the help of regression analysis identified the factors influencing households saving behavior, emphasizes the most important and defining saving motives.

The approaches to the assessment of household consumption on the methodology of the national accounts system are presented in this article. In the terms of the regional accounts data of the Republic of Mordovia, the estimation of the dynamics and structure of household consumption is given. The prospects’ formations of the financing sources of household’s consumption expenditure are determined.

The article includes results of research of the basic most actual problems and directions of Russian lighting industry’s development. Results of the research can be used when making programmes and priority projects ready for providing the country with the high-efficiency and energy saving light technology produced with the application of the innovative and resource efficient technologies and nanomaterials.
