Public policy: definitions and components of Russian public policy
Resumo
The article considers approaches to the concept of «public policy» in Russian, American and European political schools. Considering the analysis of relevant research works, the author identifies the main components of Russian public policy: civil society and public participation, political communication, virtualization and mediatization of public policy.

The article examines the causes, development and results of the full-scale protests that went through the Latin American states in October 2019. The authors conclude that it is not possible to single out the main trend in the development of these events and formulate five main scenarios according to which the confrontation between the left and right movements in Latin America takes place.

The article analyzes the existing programs for the deployment of space-based facilities and their potential use for military purposes by the main participants in the "space race". The authors examine both the comparatively analyze the capabilities of the main actors in a potential conflict, as well as ways to resolve international political problems in the field of space.

Factors and mechanisms for preserving sovereignty of European microstates
Resumo
The article examines the ways and factors that allow microstates to maintain their own independence. Considering the cases of Liechtenstein, Monaco, and San Marino, the author analyzes the reasons why microstates not only do not disappear from the political maps, but also actively develop without fear of aggression from their neighbors.

The article reveals the process of changes in the British migration policy which was catalyzed by the UK's exit from the European Union. A new migration system proposed by the government of Boris Johnson is described due to which it is planned to solve the problem of reducing the flow of immigrants to the country in 2021.

The article deals with modern diplomatic relations between the People's Republic of China and the Russian Federation. Particularly, the study focuses on the demarcation aspect. A number of territorial contradictions are singled, the beginning of which can be traced in the second half of the XIXth century as a result of treaties concluded by the Russian Empire and China.

Resumo
The article reveals the regularities of the use of political symbols in pro-government and oppositional musical compositions of contemporary Russia. As a result of the study, a number of patterns were identified that unite political symbols into thematic and semantic groups. The opposition between anti- and pro-government political symbols was also considered.

The article presents an analysis of the USA strategic culture. In this connection such concepts as "culture", "strategy "and "strategic culture". The author pays special attention to the subject of how the strategic culture of the state can change under the influence of external factors. Considering the analysis, the author draws conclusions about the features of the US strategic culture.
