Abstract
The article presents the results of an empirical study of the features of mental states of schoolchildren during the pre-examination period. It also describes the data obtained from a correlation analysis of the stress levels and students' coping strategies.

The article considers the problem of anxiety and analyzes the theoretical approaches to this issue presented in the research literature. The results of an experimental study of the psychological characteristics of school anxiety in adolescents of different ages are provided.

This article considers the results of studying the strategies of conflict behavior of extravert and introvert students. A comparative characteristic of the strategies is provided. Conclusions are made about the need for the development of communication skills and constructive solutions to conflict situations among students in a university environment.


Theoretical study of diagnostics and prevention of destructive behavior in the form of autoagression
Abstract
The article analyzes the proneness to destructive behavior in the form of autoaggression among prisoners. The study shows that the proneness is determined not only by demographic and activity impacts on society but also by cognitive and educational effects, since it creates stereotypical models of destructive behavior among the society members.

Abstract
The article considers the results of an empirical study of psychological well-being and self-assessment of professional relevance of managers. Statistically significant differences and correlations in psychological well-being and self-assessment of professional relevance among female and male managers have been revealed.

The article discusses the results of a study of emotional intelligence and suicidal risk propensity in adolescent and teenage students. The study reveals the features of emotional intelligence and the propensity to suicidal risk in the students taking into account the gender factor. The correlation between emotional intelligence and suicidal risk propensity in the students is shown.


Correlation between ethnic tolerance and self-esteem of students
Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the correlation between the phenomena of ethnic tolerance and self-esteem. The analysis of approaches to identifying the structure of ethnic tolerance and the place of self-esteem in this structure is carried out. The hypothesis of the correlation between ethnic tolerance and self-esteem is tested.


Age and gender characteristics of mental speed and cognitive flexibility

The article analyzes the results of an empirical study of mental speed and cognitive flexibility features of men and women in youth and middle age. There is a decrease in cognitive abilities in people with age. Men show lower rates of mental speed than adolescents.


Representation of cognitive processes in Matthew Gospel
Abstract
The article discusses the results of a psychological research of the Gospel of Matthew. It is found that the text of the Gospel uses a wide range of cognitive categories that represent perception, thinking, imagination, and memory. However, in quantitative terms, they are not evenly represented. The leading place is occupied by visual and auditory perception. The category of imagination is the least represented.
