Methodology of statistical study of credit organizations rating
Abstract
The article considers the methodology of statistical study of credit organizations’ rating. The methodology includes two stages: construction of scoring models and calibration of rating models. Scoring is used to assess and differentiate between borrowers. Calibration of rating models is used to estimating the probability of default. Based on the proposed approach to determining the average level of default probability on sub-portfolio, a tool to develop a rating model which "looks forward" is obtained.


Economic and statistical analysis of household spending in Russian regions
Abstract
By means of cluster analysis numerous clusters of disadvantaged Russian regions, characterized by medium and low household spending on basic food products, as well as few clusters of prosperous regions, characterized by high and medium level of household spending, were revealed. The analysis presents the cluster structure of Russian regions and the distinctive features of regional clusters. The data may influence the decision-making in national economy.


New requirements and opportunities of financial and non-financial analysis and assessment of business
Abstract
The article presents an analysis of the accounting and annual reports of an enterprise in terms of new needs and opportunities of financial and non-financial analysis and business assessment. The study shows the opportunities and value of the new approach to the analysis of value of the organization for a wide range of interested parties taking into account modern information needs about activity of the organization and unique process of creation of its cost in the conditions of uncertainty and risk. It also reflects the tendencies of the accounting, analysis and audit development.


Regional features of marriage and divorce rates: a study of Mordovia republic
Abstract
The article presents an analysis of the current marriage and divorce rates in Mordovia Republic and their dynamics in the years 1997–2013. The statistical data shows a gradual decrease of the marriage rate and an increase of the divorce rate as well as a change of the traditional marriage structure. The data proves a demographic change taking place in Russia.


Some market components of labour market: regional aspect
Abstract
The article considers the unemployed of Mordovia Republic as a market component of demand in the labor market. The author studied the quantitative aspect of mass socio- economic phenomena and processes. The study results reflect the status and structure of unemployment in the region, their relationships and patterns of development.


Modeling of contracting company solvency forecasting
Abstract
To prevent further increase of debit debt, a company needs to assess solvency of contracting companies before they purchase the company’s goods and services. Thus a comprehensive analysis of solvency based on available information is required. As a solution of the problem, the creation of neural network models of solvency assessment based on new rates of financial analysis is suggested.


Formation and development of project economics in the republic of Buryatia
Abstract
The article considers business projects supported by the government of the Republic of Buryatia. The author analyzes the regional infrastructure of targeted financial support in the Republic. Considering the relevant studies, it is concluded that the government should develop projects that will bring numerous economic benefits for the region in question.


Statistical analysis of the market of auditor services in Russia
Abstract
An analysis of the current audit market in Russia is carried out. The dynamics of its main indicators is presented. The territorial structure of audit companies and their distribution on the scale of activities are considered. Considering the analysis data, some ways to improve the competitiveness of Russian audit companies as well as some ways to develop the market for audit services in Russia are suggested.

Modeling analysis of the economic returns to higher education
Abstract
The study presents a program for the calculation of return. The program is used to modernize the educational process at Russian higher education institutions. The program was developed on the model IDEF0 notations and procedures considering the real learning environment. The program was developed on the basis of Visual Studio 2010 C ++.
