Abstract
The article explores the impact of the economic sanctions imposed on Russia. The positive and negative effects of the sanctions are identified and studied. The analysis of foreign trade indicators (foreign trade, export, import) of the country, shows the dynamics of the last five years.

Basic principles of school mediation: a legal analysis

The concept of school mediation is considered. Legitimacy, fairness, voluntariness, confidentiality of school mediation, principles of cooperation and equality, mutual respect and independence of the parties, professional competence, impartiality and independence of the mediator are analyzed. Recommendations are given on the legislative consolidation of special requirements for the school mediator.

The article deals with the issue of determining the legal status of the Public Prosecution Service of the Russian Federation. Currently the position of public prosecution in the system of public authorities of the Russian Federation is not determined. The universal nature of prosecutorial activities is a distinctive feature of this body of state power. The author separates public prosecution from the law enforcement agencies of Russia.
