Dynamics of mortality from road accidents in Russia at the end of the ХХth – beginning of the XXI century
Abstract
The article analyzes the dynamics of mortality from road accidents in Russia at the end of the XX – beginning of the XXI century. On the basis of statistical data, a comparative analysis of the level of mortality of the Russian population from external factors was carried out, and the prevalence of mortality from road accidents over other external causes was revealed. The article examines the mortality rate from road accidents in the Republic of Mordovia at the beginning of the XXI century, which has significantly decreased over the past 10 years due to the implementation of the national road safety program.


Falsification of the facts of soviet history in modern information environment
Abstract
The article examines the facts that demonstrate the falsification of repressions carried out during the leadership of the USSR by Stalin in the modern information environment. The authors analyze the views of liberal bloggers who oppose the «destructive» policy of Stalin. An attempt is made to expose the myths and prejudices about the Stalinist repressions.

The article deals with the beginning of the deployment of agitation and propaganda activities of the Socialist-Revolutionary Party on the territory of the Penza province in the early twentieth century. The role of propaganda of the socialist revolutionaries among other types of anti-government activities before the first Russian revolution is considered.
