Financial management of small enterprise
Abstract
The article presents an analysis of financial management of a small enterprise. The research and developing company OOO "Galvanopreobrazovatel" is studied. To improve financial management of the company, the author suggests improving of planning, monitoring of current processes, maneuvering of financial resources through redeployment considering the real-life situation.
Intellectualization of business processes: from problem statement to practical solutions

The article describes the process of intellectualization of business information systems. The concept of the life cycle of intellectual system is considered and the procedure of intellectualization of business processes of the enterprise is step-by-step built. The examples of practical use of intelligent systems to support business processes are given, the advantages of business processes intellectualization are highlighted.
Small entrepreneurship in Russia: current state and development trends
Abstract
The article describes the structure of small enterprises by the type of economic activity. The revenue volumes of small enterprises from different branches of business are analyzed. Considering the analysis, the most developed and profitable sectors of small business are identified. The main measures of state support for small entrepreneurship are studied. The number of people employed in small enterprises from the total number of people employed in Russia is shown.
Features of business partnership in information technology market
Abstract
The article considers the form of doing business in the information technology market based on partner networks, the main elements of partnership programs and levels of participation in them. The features of the Russian market of electronic document management systems are studied. The authors analyze the key elements of partner programs of the vendor-leader in the Russian market in comparison with vendors working in the Udmurt Republic.
Comparative analysis of Russian software products for business modeling
Abstract
The article deals with the popular Russian software designed to simulate business processes. The software advantages and disadvantages are considered. The key features of such programs are studied. Recommendations for the choice of software for business process modeling are offered.
Development of information and analytical management system of business processes for agricultural enterprises
Abstract
The article presents an overview of CRM-systems available on the Russian market. The authors describe one the business processes of an agricultural enterprise in connection with the introduction of a CRM-system. Considering the results of the comparative analysis of relevant software products, the best variant for the agricultural enterprise was suggested. The CRM-system introduction will allow to organize communication flows, reduce the time spent on customer service, improve the process of information processing and regulation.
Modern trends of business process management systems
Abstract
The article presents an overview of modern trends in the development of BPM-systems: transition to low-code platforms, robotization of processes, use of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, use of Process Mining, implementation of clear interfaces, as well as easy customizing to specific requirements. BPM-systems allow the company to determine, measure and manage the effectiveness of its activities aimed at achieving strategic goals.
