Abstract
the scientific work examines the development of modern approaches to continuous professional training for specialists in the field of physical education and sports activity. It notes the need to adapt educational programs to rapidly changing factors and modern labor requirements. The article emphasizes that the integration of innovative technologies in the educational process opens up promising opportunities for professional development and optimization of competitive parameters of specialists in the field of physical activity and sports activities. Detailed analysis of modern research and scientific publications on issues of continuous professional training of educational technologies, as well as use in the field of physical education and sports activities, conducting a survey among sports specialists in physical activity and sports work to determine not only needs, but also certain preferences in the field of continuous professional training. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the analysis of modern approaches to the adaptation of distance learning technologies, virtual reality space and augmented reality space in the process of continuous professional education. The development of innovative technologies in the process of continuous professional training of specialists and trainers in physical education and sports activities opens up new opportunities for improving the level of qualification and performance of the coaching staff, which both contributes to the development of their practical skills and has a positive impact on the achievements of athletes.
