Theory and implementation of coworking in the Russian education system

article discusses an innovative form of organizing education and training, which allows you to increase the level of motivation for students' learning, build an individual educational trajectory, diversify the process of education and training, implement in practice the requirements of educational regulatory documents of the Russian Federation, we are talking about coworking. Training of library specialists based on the use of coworking spaces is not widespread in the system of additional professional education. This is due to the insufficient level of knowledge about the ways of its implementation and the opportunities that are provided to both the student and the teacher. The study of coworking in the system of training library specialists and its potential as a form of educational organization will allow it to take its rightful place along with established traditional forms. Coworking is aimed at achieving educational results and improving the quality of knowledge, taking into account the interests and abilities of students, and developing professional competencies.
