Abstract
The purpose of the study is to substantiate the possibilities of interaction between objects of the national cultural architectural heritage (on the example of the historical and cultural museum complex in Tambov) and modern design. It is noted that the point of intersection of history and modernity can be the creation of information materials about the object by artistic and technical means of modern design. Such work is relevant and necessary due to the intensive development of domestic tourism, especially its new directions associated with the Russian province.
