Optimization of the process of re-certification of students of the second higher education of part-time education in the specialty «Theory and History of Art»: analysis of regulatory requirements and practical recommendations

in the context of a dynamically developing educational space and increasing requirements for the quality of training specialists in the field of theory and history of art, the optimization of the process of re-certification of students of the second higher education of correspondence education is of particular relevance. The research goal is to increase the efficiency and transparency of the re-certification procedure, which provides an objective assessment of the competencies and knowledge of students obtained within the framework of previous education, and the optimization of the curriculum. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were identified: analysis of the Federal State Educational Standards (FSES), identification of typical mistakes and difficulties that arise for students and teachers in the process of recertification; development of methodological recommendations for the preparation and conduct of re-certification activities. The following research methods were used: analysis of regulatory documents, comparative analysis, synthesis, generalization and systematization. The results of the study allow us to formulate specific proposals for improving the regulatory framework and methodological support for re-certification, which contributes to improving the quality of education and the effectiveness of training specialists in the field of theory and history of art.
