Атмосфера сотрудничества и обмена знаниями среди преподавателей английского языка для специальных целей: смешанный метод исследования

Аннотация

В исследованиях, посвященных взаимодействию преподавателей, подчеркивается ключевая роль культуры сотрудничества для функционирования преподавателей, однако эмпирических данных, исследующих ее взаимосвязь с обменом знаниями среди университетских преподавателей английского языка для специальных целей, мало. В данном исследовании изучалась взаимосвязь между атмосферой сотрудничества преподавателей английского языка и обменом знаниями. Данные были собраны посредством двух опросов 328 иранских преподавателей английского языка для специальных целей. Для изучения взаимосвязи между двумя переменными исследования была проведена корреляция Пирсона. Также был проведен множественный регрессионный анализ, чтобы выяснить, влияет ли атмосфера сотрудничества преподавателей на их обмен знаниями. Для обобщения полученных результатов и изучения влияния атмосферы сотрудничества преподавателей на обмен знаниями было проведено повторное интервью с 13 преподавателями английского языка для специальных целей. Тест коэффициента корреляции Пирсона показал значительную положительную корреляцию для четырех показателей (организационная культура, руководитель факультета, отношение преподавателей, поддержка коллег) и атмосферы сотрудничества. Результаты множественной регрессии также показали, что четыре показателя атмосферы сотрудничества являются индикаторами отношения преподавателей к обмену знаниями. С другой стороны, анализ данных опросов показал, что атмосфера совместной работы учителей способствует обмену знаниями через один из четырех основных источников, а именно: благоприятная атмосфера, поощрение со стороны заведующих кафедрами, ожидание вознаграждения и поддержка трудового коллектива. В соответствии с этими выводами было предложено несколько практических рекомендаций.

8. Субъект персональных данных вправе запретить своему оборудованию прием этих данных или ограничить прием этих данных. При отказе от получения таких данных или при ограничении приема данных некоторые функции Сайта могут работать некорректно. Субъект персональных данных обязуется сам настроить свое оборудование таким способом, чтобы оно обеспечивало адекватный его желаниям режим работы и уровень защиты данных файлов «cookie», Оператор не предоставляет технологических и правовых консультаций на темы подобного характера.

9. Порядок уничтожения персональных данных при достижении цели их обработки или при наступлении иных законных оснований определяется Оператором в соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации.
