Historical memory in the regional policy of the republic of Mordovia
摘要
The article studies the ideas, mechanisms and channels for action used for implementation of historical policy in Mordovia. The author analyses the development trends typical of other regions and unique for the Republic. The study highlights the ways of including historical memory of the region into the federal model of memory policy.
Mechanisms for stabilizing budget policy of the republic of Mordovia in 2013–2023

The article is devoted to the analysis of the budgetary and tax system of the Republic of Mordovia during its acute crisis. The authors examine the quantitative differences in the budgetary policy of the region in the 2010s and early 2020s. In conclusion, some ways to modernize the budget system of Mordovia are proposed.
The main directions of patriotic education in the state policy of Russia

The article discusses the features of the state policy of the Russian Federation in the field of patriotic education. The role of state authorities and civil society institutions in the process of formation and implementation of state policy is characterized. The latest changes in national legislation are analyzed, specifying patriotic education in the context of modern challenges and threats.

The article discusses possible scenarios for the expansion of the BRICS format. It analyzes the prospects for a number of countries to join BRICS and the potential of expanding cooperation in the BRICS+ format. The author focuses on the importance of deepening cooperation in the BRICS format and the possibility of including new members in the context of Russia's interests in the dynamics of the modern world order.
Features of the functioning of private military companies on the African continent

The article is devoted to the analysis of the formation of private military companies and their role in resolving conflicts on the African continent. The normative approaches to determining the role of PMCs in international law are studied. The author comes to the conclusion that the activities of PMCs in the norms of international law are not sufficiently defined.

Japan's political culture is characterized by a strong emphasis on consensus building, group harmony and respect for authority. Also, this political culture is still determined by cultural traditions and historical heritage, which continue to influence the country's political institutions and decision- making processes.

This article analyzes the advertising campaign of D. Trump in the 2020 U.S. presidential election. The research methodology is based on the case-study method: commercials, which are a political product of D. Trump, are taken as a separate case. The result of the study is the identification of characteristic storylines in advertising, in particular the use of methods of "labeling", "bad name game", etc.
Frequency of references to the concepts of fascism, nazism and neo-nazism in infomedia: a comparative analysis

The article examines the frequency of queries for such keywords as fascism, Nazism and neo-Nazism. The author raises the question of whether it is possible to distort and devalue the academic essence of concepts with an exponential increase in the frequency of mention in infomedia. In addition, the problems of correlation of the level of use of keywords with Godwin's law are touched upon.
Digital democracy as a new form of public power: benefits and challenges

The article analyzes the main approaches to the interpretation of digital democracy that have developed in domestic and foreign science. It also identifies the legal foundations for the formation and existence of digital democracy in the Russian Federation. The authors draw conclusions about the advantages and disadvantages of digital democracy and about the prospects for applying its principles in the future.
