Trends of transformation of photographic practices among students
Resumo
The article discusses the trends of transformation of photographic practices among student youth. The author highlights an increase of the visual communication significance in the context of the introduction of new information technologies in society. A conclusion is made about the democratization of communication, the emergence of new informal communication practices, and the self-presentation of subjects of photographic practices.
The problems of adaptation of educational migrants in the space of regional university: a study of mordovia state university
Resumo
In the article the University is considered as a space for adaptation of educational migrants. On the basis of quantitative data and qualitative research, the trends of educational migration in the University as well as the availability of the University services for foreign students are analyzed. The main obstacles to getting better education are identified. The reasons of the reduced quality of life of foreign students in the learning process are found out. The positive impact of educational migration on the development of the University and the region is studied. Possible ways to optimize the educational process for foreign students are proposed.
Gender norms and marriage in rural Mordovian family: a Qualitative Research
Resumo
Considering the data of a qualitative sociological research, the basic social values and norms of marriage in the rural Mordovian family of 1950-70s are revealed. The authors study the elements of traditional wedding ceremony, the modern and traditional socially approved norms of marriage behaviour of rural women, the dependence between following the traditional and modern norms and satisfaction of rural women by their married life.
Historical images and symbols in collective memory of student youth
Resumo
The article is devoted to the reflection of historical images in the attitudes of modern students. To clarify the essence of historical images, a study was conducted, during which the survey participants were asked to name figures of Russian history and literary characters associated with Russia.
Third place or the phenomenon of anti-café in the modern city space: theoretical approach
Resumo
The article deals with the theoretical aspects of the anti-café space used for the organization of cultural and leisure activities in the city. The main content of the text is the analysis and conceptualization of the anti-café phenomenon in the framework of the theories of "third place" and "non-place" in the field of sociological science. The features, functions and consumers of the anti-café as a public space under the conditions of hypermodern and consumer society are studied.
Classics of student part-time jobs: scale and prevalence of private tutoring
Resumo
The article analyzes the results of sociological studies of private tutoring as a part-time employment of students. As the empirical base, the materials of a focus-group study of self-employed youth of the Republic of Mordovia are used. The scale and prevalence of private tutoring among the students is assessed.
Application features of research methods to study organizational culture of industrial enterprises
Resumo
The article discusses the methods of studying organizational culture of industrial enterprises. The data is analyzed by means of the triangulation method: the OCAI methodology, a sociological questionnaire, a semi-formalized interview. The typical features of the organizational culture of a small industrial enterprise LLC "Moltorg", located in the Elnikovsky district of the Republic of Mordovia, are identified.
Extramarital childbirth as a social problem
Resumo
The analysis shows that the number of registered marriages is decreasing, while the number of couples not registering their marriage is increasing. There is also a decline in the number of extramarital childbirths. Another trend is the convergence of the number of extramarital childbirths in urban and rural areas, particularly through the convergence of extramarital childbirths registered in the city and in the village by joint application of both parents.
Family as a factor of religiosity of Saratov city residents
Resumo
Considering the results of an empirical research, the author proves that religion, being a voluntary everyday choice, is centered in private family life. A conclusion is made that the family religiosity level has a major impact on the religiosity level of the residents of Saratov city (Russia), on their attitude to the church and their behavioral religious practices of everyday life.
