In article the individual labor disputes connected with the actual assumption of the worker to work are analyzed; on the basis of scientific works and jurisprudence the circumstances which are subject to proof, proofs to which the parties of dispute can refer were revealed.

In given article cases when participants of games and a bet have the right to address for judicial protection of the rights are considered. On the basis of research of the legislation the conclusion that the general rule providing refusal in judicial protection of participants of games and a bet is fully justified is done.

Article discusses the features of inheritance member of the peasant (farmer's) economy, gaps in the legal regulation of the entity relationships.

One of the tasks is to review articles on subjects of law vindication in light of the reform of the Civil law in the Russian Federation. The article attempts to uncover the main reasons laid down in draft Civil Code changes right to recover only for holders of rights in rem. In conclusion, the author concludes that the practical significance of the proposed changes to the Civil Code.

This article contains the short review of the main newly introduced legal acts and the changes made to already existing normative documents, caused by the entry of Russia into the World Trade Organization. Tendencies of development of the regional legislation are considered. The spheres of the legal regulation which have undergone in the conditions of the WTO to the most considerable and large-scale changes are revealed.
