On collaboration of civic chamber of the Republic of Mordovia with Russian government bodies and local governments
Abstract
The article considers the place and role of the civic chamber among the structures of civil society. Particularly, the study focuses on collaboration of the Civic Chamber of the Republic of Mordovia with the Russian government bodies and local authorities. The authors have revealed the legal status specifics of the Civic chamber of the Republic of Mordovia.
Legal basis of internal police agencies’ activities: concept, specifics, structure
Abstract
The article considers the legal bases of the internal police agencies’ activities. Particularly, the study presents their structure and distinguishes between their static and dynamic aspects. The author focuses on the legal foundations of the internal police activities. As a result, the study identifies the federal, regional and local levels of regulatory legal acts on internal police activities.
Grounds for initiation, change and termination of legal relations on internal police actions
Abstract
The article considers the grounds for initiation, change and termination of legal relations on internal police actions. The author has defined the relations’ structure and distinguished between their static and dynamic aspects, particularly actions and events. The study also includes an analysis of administrative regulations on internal police. In this connection, the author studies the role of complaints, appeals and other types of private and official statements in the initiation, change and termination of legal relations on internal police actions.

The study focuses on identification of the form of government in Russian Federation. The author considers the typical features allowing to attribute Russia to a particular form of government. The article presents a comparative analysis of the president and parliament powers. The actual nature of the relationship of the president and the executive bodies is also analyzed.

Abstract
The paper focuses on the period of the Hungarian Empire collapse, cessation of the Habsburg dynasty and the rise to power of the regent M. Horti. The authors also study the attempts of restoring Hungary as a superpower as well as its collaboration with Germany during World War II.
