The article presents a detailed classification of dialectal phraseological units characterizing speech.

The article considers some issues of student folklore. The author analyzes the peculiarities of oral folk art of Russian students. The study has proved the necessity to classify the folklore texts created by the student audience. In this connection, the author distinguishes between a number of varieties of such texts. Consequently, the study presents a classification of student folklore based on the data regarded.

The article analyzes the semantic peculiarities of the verbs of interpersonal relationships. In this connection, the authors study the verbs with a variety of meanings used in the texts of the newspaper "Komsomolskaya Pravda": verbs of emotional assessment of relationships, verbs of external manifestation of relationships, verbs of contact. As a result, each sub-group of the verbs in question refers to both negative and positive interpersonal relationships specified by such features as "gesture", "facial gesture", "action", "behavior".

This article studies the development of the ballad genre in the modern Russian poetry. Considering the genre forms’ transformation process, the author identifies two types of ballads (lyrical and mystical drama) functioning in the Russian poetry between the XXth and XXIst centuries.

The article considers the literary works of A. Sobolevsky. Particularly, the author studies one of his novels, «Commander of The Underground Garrison» that focuses on the Great Patriotic War. In this connection, the author analyzes the documentary material, artistic techniques, figurative and expressive means used in the story in order to create a multidimensional picture of the historical events of the wartime. A conclusion is made on the organic synthesis of documentary and fiction in the plot, structure and characters of the literary work regarded.
