Education legal policy in Finland
Abstract
The article analyzes the current legal policy in education in Finland. This policy proves to be highly efficient, as it has considerably improved the Finnish education system. Thus, the key feature of the educational process in Finland is the connection of theoretical education with the practical activities of students.
Education legal policies of Russian Regions: a study of Mordovia Republic and Komi Republic
Abstract
This paper presents a comparative analysis of education legal policies of Komi Republic and Mordovia Republic. Particularly, the authors consider the objectives and results of the federal programs aimed at education development. The study results show the similarities and differences of the education systems of the two regions considered.
Education legal policy in Mari El Republic
Abstract
Recently, the regulatory framework enshrining the structure of the education system of the Republic of Mari El has undergone some changes. The new law «On Education of the Republic of Mari El» due to changes in the federal law has become more complex and structured to regulate relations in the sphere of education. In Mari El education legal policy is implemented by the Government and the Ministry of Education and Science of Mari El Republic.
