Acute kidney injury on kdigo classification in urolithiasis
Abstract
Acute kidney injury develops in many urological conditions. Urolithiasis, complicated by renal colic, causes multidirectional changes in the kidneys. The severity of microcirculation disorders, subsequent organ ischemia and the development of electrolyte shifts ultimately leads to a decrease in the filtration capacity of the organ. The concentration of creatinine and its clearance is used to assess the state of the renal parenchyma. The decrease in the functional ability of the kidney and the increase in the concentration of creatinine in the blood do not correlate with other indicators of homeostasis, which characterize endogenous intoxication. After examining the glomerular filtration rate, using the KDIGO classification, the authors showed the need to take into account gender and age characteristics of patients before delivery of therapy.

Diagnostics of hemostasis changes in women in labour with anomalies of placentation
Abstract
A retrospective study of all deliveries of pregnant women with placental increment, occurred from 2014 to 2017 in the Perinatal Center of Tyumen city, was carried out. Embolization of uterine arteries, performed during delivery of pregnant women with true increment of the placenta is an organ-preserving and health-preserving technology, because it significantly reduces the amount of blood loss. Changes in the hemostatic system detected by thromboelastogram during delivery of patients without uterine artery embolization proceed by the type of hypocoagulation and directly depend on the larger volume of blood loss.

Efficacy of miаcalcic in treatment of rats with osteoporosis and severe craniocerebral trauma: changes of indicators of calcium metabolism and cytocines
Abstract
The study deals with of the efficacy evaluation of salmon calcitonin (Miacalcic) in severe craniocerebral trauma on the background of osteoporosis. The therapeutic effectiveness of Miacalcic was demonstrated in animals with combined pathology. The blood plasma showed an increase in the number of parathyroid and thyroid-stimulating hormones by 1.4 times (p<0.05) and 1.2 times (p<0.05) respectively, a decrease in the concentration of interleukin-6 by 1.3 times (p<0.05), tumor necrosis factor-α – by 1.6 times (p<0.05).

Glucose variability test in outpatients
Abstract
To objectively control the glycemic profile of the patient and to achieve the adequacy of hypoglycemic therapy in insulin-dependent patients, a multifactorial approach is necessary. This article describes a possible option for assessing the clinical situation in patients who are registered in an outpatient clinic. The glycemic response to an established dose of insulin varies greatly between patients, due to intra- and interindividual glucose variability. These parameters consist of a group of factors: the severity of the disease, physical activity, eating behavior and internal insulin sensitivity.

Prevalence of arrhytmias and cardiac conduction disorders in young athletes
Abstract
The study goal was to assess the prevalence of arrhythmias and cardiac conduction disorders in young non-professional athletes. Nearly half of 250 athletes examined showed different ECG abnormalities. The prevalence of arrhythmias among the athletes was 54.4%. Mainly, sinus bradycardia and incomplete blockade of the right leg of the bundle of GIS were detected. Potentially dangerous ECG disorders were detected in 14.6% of the athletes. Clinically significant arrhythmias, lengthening and shortening of the QT interval, atrial fibrillation / flutter were diagnosed in 4.8% of the athletes.

Clinical laboratory features of amiodarone-induced thyropathy in patients with cardiac rhythm disorders
Abstract
The article provides an assessment of the prevalence of amiodarone-induced thyropathy in patients with cardiac rhythm disorders. It has been established that among patients with rhythm and conductivity disorders the detection of amiodarone-induced hypothyroidism is twice as high as that of amiodarone-induced thyrotoxicosis. There are no gender differences in the detection and changes of laboratory parameters in amiodarone-induced thyropathy.

Epidemiological study of eye neoplasms in the republic of mordovia
Abstract
The article presents the results of an epidemiological study of eye and its appendages neoplasms in the adult population of the Republic of Mordovia. The incidence for the period from 2013 to 2017 was studied on the data provided by the Regional Ophthalmological Hospital of the Republic of Mordovia. A retrograde analysis of the structure of benign and malignant tumors in patients by age, sex, place of residence, method of treatment was carried out.

Epidemiological characteristics of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in the republic of mordovia
Abstract
A comparative assessment of hemorrhagic fever incidence in the Russian Federation, the Volga Federal District, the Republic of Mordovia is carried out. The study showed that over the past three years, among all sick people, the urban population prevailed 2.7 times over the rural population, but their infection also occurred in the countryside. The number of sick men was 3.3 times more than sick women.

Features of course of parkinson's disease in men
Abstract
The paper summarizes many years of domestic and foreign experience in the study of epidemiology, risk factors, clinics, therapy and complications of Parkinson's disease. The main features of the course of the disease at the present stage are described. The incidence in men occurs between the ages of 47 and 79 years. The risk factors are burdened hereditary history and traumatic brain injury. The most common form of Parkinson’s disease is akinetic-rigid.

Microscopic pattern of myocardium, hepatic and pulmonary tissue in chronic heart failure and its dynamics when using medical substances
Abstract
This article presents a study of the microscopic picture of myocardium, hepatic and pulmonary tissue in chronic heart failure in experiment and the dynamic changes with introducing medication in order to correct disorders arising under the influence of oxidative stress. High cardioprotective activity of ambiol and effective correction of lung and liver disorders in 3-oxypyridine acetylcysteine were convincingly demonstrated.
