New tourist routes in the Republic of Mordovia: a demand assessment
Abstract
The article presents an assessment of the demand for Orthodox-religious tourism on the territory of Republic of Mordovia. The new tourist route developed by the author includes a visit to the Smolny National Park and the Bishop's Metochion of the Holy Transfiguration of Spiridon's Hermitage located in the Bolsheignatovsky municipal district of the Republic of Mordovia. The results of the survey on the interest of potential tourists in the pilgrimage are presented.


Analysis of tax revenues of consolidated budget of the Republic of Buryatia
Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the dynamics and structure of tax revenues of the consolidated budget of the Republic of Buryatia. Considering the data of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Buryatia, tax revenues for 2020-2022 are analyzed. The increase in the revenue part of the region's budget occurs mainly due to tax revenues, including tax revenues of individuals, which indicates an increase in the incomes of the population of the Republic of Buryatia. The main directions of the tax policy of the Republic of Buryatia for 2022-2024 are presented.


Statistical analysis of the population of the Russian Federation
Abstract
The article presents the results of the analysis of population changes in the Russian Federation for the period 2011-2020. The dynamics of the population in the context of individual subjects is reflected. The structure of the population distribution in the territory of the Russian Federation and by federal districts is characterized.


Accounting of production costs: a case study of PJSC Elektrovypryamitel
Abstract
The article considers the accounting of production costs at PJSC Elektrovypryamitel. The enterprise accounting practice is studied. The analysis of the enterprise direct production costs and overhead costs centers is carried out. As an improvement in cost accounting, the introduction of the configuration «1C: ERP Enterprise Management» is proposed.


The role of advertising in the transformation of consumer preferences of representatives of different generations
Abstract
The article discusses the features of consumer preferences of representatives of different generations in order to introduce effective types of advertising for each generation. The age structure of the country's population is represented by the following generations: the baby boomer generation, generations X, Y and Z. The representatives of generation Z have a higher level of digital skills compared to representatives of other generations. Therefore, certain types of advertising are not relevant enough.


Stalinist economy as the economy of the future
Abstract
The article analyzes the unique experience of state building on the basis of the Stalinist model of the economy. The author describes such elements of Stalin's economic model as centralized management and planning, single-level banking system, double-flow money circulation, state monopoly of foreign trade, and state currency monopoly.


Statistical analysis of the labor market of the Tambov region
Abstract
The article presents the results of a study of the labor market of the Tambov region. The analysis of the structure of the economically active population is carried out. The results of the calculations show the trends of increasing the level of employment and decreasing the unemployment rate of the Tambov region.

Abstract
The article considers the concept and role of information technologies in the modern society. The evolution of information technology development includes pre-mechanical, mechanical, electromechanical and electronic stages. The existing classifications of information technologies based on the sphere of their use are presented.


Russian population in the near abroad: geodemographic dynamics of post of soviet period
Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the demography of the Russian population in the post-Soviet space. The dynamics of the population in the Russian Federation in recent years is analyzed, the birth rate is considered, and the future development of Russia is predicted from the point of view of demography. The results were summed up and specific solutions were proposed to improve the demographic situation in the country.


SWOT analysis as quality management tool
Abstract
The article considers the stages of conducting the SWOT analysis, the main elements of the SWOT analysis matrix, advantages and disadvantages. A SWOT analysis was carried out on the example of the beauty salon «Mix». The strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the company are identified in order to assess its competitiveness and determine the strategy for further development.
