the relevance of the implementation of new models of teaching future teachers is due to the rapidly changing conditions of the surrounding world. The problem of the study is the insufficient effectiveness of traditional models in training personnel in the higher pedagogical education system, is due to the fact that young specialists in the teaching industry are not able to work in a multitasking environment and adapt quickly and in a timely manner to the new conditions of the educational environment. The article reveals the concepts of adaptation and readiness for professional activity, substantiates the need to develop a model for the formation of a future teacher's readiness to effectively adapt to the permanent requirements of professional reality, defines the components, criteria and pedagogical conditions of the developed model. The practical significance of this material is determined by the possibility of applying the model developed by the author, as well as its pedagogical conditions. The scientific value of the research lies in obtaining a new combined result – a model for the formation of a future teacher's readiness to effectively adapt to the permanent requirements of professional reality, the introduction of which into practice makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of professional pedagogical education in the context of modern changes in the education system as a whole.
