Psychological invariants of leaders' professionalism

the paper substantiates the importance and significance of the leadership problem associated with the need to form and develop psychological invariants as personal and professional properties of leaders. The links between leadership and management, between the success of leadership activities and the professionalism of the leader as a subject of complex activities related to management are noted. The semantic content of the concept of «psychological invariants of professionalism» is revealed. The types of psychological invariants are described – general and special, psychological invariants of personality and activity that a leader should have. Such psychological invariants of leaders as the psychology of a winner and the scale of personality are especially noted. It is shown that psychological invariants of leadership can be successfully developed with the help of psychological methods and technologies.
