the presented work describes the style and language of the novel by the modern Russian writer Zakhar Prilepin "Some will not Go to Hell". In the process of scientific research, attention was focused on the features of the author's artistic style, on the elements of journalistic style, on the vivid means of artistic expression in the novel "Some will not Go to Hell". The features and differences of artistic and journalistic styles in the presented modern novel by Zakhar Prilepin are revealed. The article discusses the principles of constructing a literary text in a novel, the elements of journalism, as one of the genres of Russian literature. It has been established that the novel is very rich in a huge number of linguistic resources and artistic techniques.
