All-Russian military-patriotic public movement “Young army” as a form of counteraction to threats to public safety in the Russian Federation

Young people are the basic component, the engine and the development potential of a modern country. It is proved that as a result of the socioeconomic and political changes that have taken place, the state has not paid enough attention to the issues of centralized and systemic education of young people, which led to the emergence and active work of various organizations and funds, including international participation, actively declaring values, from existing in Russia. Against the backdrop of unformed social experience and active influence on consciousness by various organizations on the erosion of traditional values, young people have become a social risk group. What subsequently, can lead to threats to public security on the part of such persons. In our work, we explored the hypothesis that state participation and support of youth movements of a patriotic orientation, the involvement of youth in the orbit of solving state problems and the designation of social lifts for young people – a key task in the fight against the spread of extremist and radical ideas among young people. From our point of view, the Young army Movement in Russia is an indicator of effective interdepartmental interaction in the sphere of educating young people on the basis of a public organization.
