Abstract
Analyzed the doctrinal ideas about the types of representation in the civil process. It is emphasized that there are different variations of division of judicial representation into types. Besides, the conventional differentiation of representation by figures of legal science is complemented with other types. Those circumstances led to the conviction of the importance of a classification that more fully reveals the institution of judicial representation. In this regard the relevance of the matter doesn't raise doubts. The aim of the study was to form a complete picture of the types of representation in the civil process. The complex theoretical and practical study of the topic was carried out with the use of general scientific (logical (induction, deduction, analysis and synthesis), systemic and functional) and private law (historical and legal, formal legal, comparative legal) methods. On the basis of the conducted research revealed the classifications of judicial representation offered by different scientists. It is noticed that the above classifications of procedural representation combines a common feature – the basis of occurrence. Therefore, in connection with the obtained results of scientific work, it is concluded that it is necessary to group the types of judicial representation into legal, voluntary and specialized for the purpose of their full and detailed study, as well as to build a holistic view of the institution of representation in the civil process.
