Abstract
Attention is paid to the study of illegal migration and its impact on the spread of the ideology of terrorism. Analyzed the basic tendencies of modern migration, it is revealed that involvement of illegal migrants in criminal activity occurs because of inconsistent and ill-considered policy of the state. Migratory processes are more uncontrolled, that reflects on crime state. Criminogenic character of illegal migration reflects on a lot of spheres of life. Illegal migrants are easy influenced by terrorist propaganda, when they don’t have legal defense and guarantee of rights. Insecurity makes migrants easy recruits for criminal activity. Analyzed the factors contributing to the involvement of migrants in terrorist activities. To counteract migrants’ involving into terrorist activity, perfection of migration control measures and development of complex measures and integrity of migrants in Russian society are needed.
