Abstract
A description of the main psychological problems faced by normal hearing parents of a child with a severe hearing impairment is presented. A theoretical substantiation of the behavior of spouses with each other, as well as in dyads of a normally hearing father - child with severe hearing impairment and a normally hearing mother - child with severe hearing impairment is given. Experimental work on the topic of the study is envisaged in the future.
