Abstract
The purpose of the work is to define the concept of “electronic justice” due to the lack of its normative definition. A number of doctrinal points of view of leading domestic lawyers and legal scholars on the interpretation of the phenomenon in question are studied, their analysis from the point of view of logic and legal technique is made. The author’s definition of the concept of “electronic justice”, reflecting all the key features of the phenomenon, is given.
