Abstract
The basic algorithm for creating economic partnerships, co-partnerships and companies is established, a package of documents necessary for the implementation of this process is identified. The main ways of submitting documents and services that can be used at the stage of establishing a commercial organization are determined. At the same time, the features of the establishment of business partnerships, co-partnerships and companies as organizational and legal forms of legal entities are determined.
