Abstract
The role of banks and other credit organizations in the economic life of society is considered. In banks, individuals and legal entities keep cash and other property on deposit, use credit organizations to obtain loans, carry out banking operations and other actions that become necessary with the active participation of subjects in economic life. Therefore, banks in enforcement proceedings are the most important entity ensuring the effectiveness of the execution of acts.
